Wonderful hotel
Pros:

A wonderful hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. A fabulous room, very comfortable bed and all the facilities that you could want. Great balcony and view of the river which was a daily treat! Easy access into the centre of Hoi An. Highly recommend this hotel!

Gentillesse et bon emplacement
Pros:

Etablissement à taille humaine, assez proche de la vieille ville et très proche du fleuve, tout en restant très calme. Jolie chambre bien décorée - personnel au petit soin - très bien pour le petit déjeuner. Piscine agréable après des journées de visites bien chaudes!

Cons:

Le bruit de la climatisation.

3連泊でしたが、アップグレードしてくれ、可愛いインテリアは設備も良くとても快適でした。どの口コミでも書かれてるようにスタッフさんがとてもフレンドリーで親切です。ホスピタリティが高く、相談するとすぐに対応してくれました。朝食はバラエティにとんで毎日変わりとても美味しかったです。またスパも個室でとても丁寧な施術で癒されました。エクスプレスランドリーも２時間半で仕上がり、これは使わない手はないです。

Homely hotel with lovely, helpful staff
Pros:

As the name describes it , it is cozy, small with all the facilities of a larger hotel and a great location. The room was a good size with a large bathroom including a separate bath and shower and a lovely balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. All the staff were excellent, very helpful, and attentive, very friendly, always smiling and up for a chat. It was very homely for my one week stay, I was very sad to leave my new found friends, the staff at Cozy. I will definitely return to Cozy when I next visit Hoian.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage, sehr nahe dem Fluss. Das Herz von Hoi An, die Old Town ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Das Personal, im Service und an der Rezeption weist einen Charm und eine Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Hotelgästen auf, welche nicht zu überbieten ist. Ebenso hinsichtlich ihrer Kompetenz ist das Personal top.

Schickes, sauberes Boutique Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage am Fluss und zentrumsnah war super. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, schick und gemütlich. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner, sauberer Pool.

Cons:

Zwischen Hotel und Fluss war noch eine kleine Straße, die manchmal recht laut war, aber nachts war es ruhig. Sonst alles super 😊

מלון מעולה עם נוף לנהר

מלון מעולה, נמצא בפאתי העיר העתיקה, על הנהר. לקחנו את החדר עם נוף לנהר, היה מושלם!! חדרים נקיים ברמות, חדר גדול ומרווח, ארוחת בוקר ממש טובה.

המלון מאפשר לקבל אופניים בחינם- ממליצה לעשות טיול עם האופניים לשדות האורז (10-15 דקות רכיבה מהמלון) היתה חוויה כיפית, עצרנו בבית קפה פסטורלי , צילמנו את המקומיים עובדים בשדות- מומלץ מאוד!

Mit einer Top Ausstattung und fantastischem Frühstück.
Der Weg zur Altstadt beträgt am Fluss gut 10 Minuten.
Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Un excellent séjour à Cozy An Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions prévu d'y séjourner deux nuits et en avons rajouté une. Notre chambre au 7e étage était spacieuse, y compris la salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner varié. Enfin, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, au calme mais tout est accessible à pied ou en vélo (l'hôtel les prête). Enfin, la directrice de l'hôtel ainsi que son équipe ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci à elle et toute l'équipe.
