One of the cheaper stays in Old Quarter. Very walkable to many shops, street food and tourist spots. A working elevator.
Card-activated electricity in the room- understandable, but we frequently got back in the room at very humid temperatures
Gem and her team were absolutely amazing, very welcoming and were there to help with any enquiries I had. The room itself was really lovely and had such a wonderful vibe to it. Great stay in a great location being right in the heart of the old quarter.
After a few days I fell a little ill and unfortunately had to cancel a tour I had already booked. But I plan on doing it next time I visit Hanoi

There was a bug that looked like an ant and it settled in my backpack, after which I showed it to the staff and they sprayed my backpack with insecticide.
Nice hotel in the very center of the city for a night or two (room can be very small depending on the one you choose). Friendly staff and nice breakfast in a nearby restaurant
My friends and I were particularly impressed with the excellent customer service: the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was also a huge advantage, as it’s conveniently situated in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of options to start the day.
One area for improvement would be the air conditioning, as it could be more effective in cooling the room, especially during warmer days. Despite this flaw, we wouldstill recommend this hotel for its hospitality, great location, and satisfying breakfast experience.
