Wie Putzpersonal die eigentlich sonst gute Performance dieses Hotels herunterzieht
Pros:

Zum Frühstück musste man in ein ca. 600m entferntes Schwesterhotel wechseln. Dort gab es ein Standardfrühstück etwas asiatisches Buffet + 2 Eierspeisen , frisch zubereitet nach Wahl + einer traditionellen leckeren Nudelsuppe. das Unterkunftszimmer war recht großzügig mit Schrank, Tisch, 2 Stühlen extra Couch und TV. Wifi sehr gut, da Router direkt im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Rezeptionspersonal war recht freundlich und hilfreich. Der Taxiservice war in beiden Richtungen pünktlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

So gut das Rezeptionspersonal war , so schlecht war das Putzpersonal. Bspw. passierte es 2x , dass es Zutritt zum Zimmerputzen quasi erzwang, obwohl einer von uns noch auf der Toilette war und wir das durch "MOMENT" Rufe unterbinden wollten. Zudem wurde nie eine Spare Klopapierrolle bereitgestellt, so dass ich einmal des Nachts zur Rezeption musste , um mir eine zu holen. Noch schlimmer ist eigentlich, dass eigentlich im Grunde billige Produkte wie Haarklips oder Körperpuder plötzlich nicht mehr auffindbar im Zimmer waren. 2 kleine Handtücher wurden ab Tag4 nicht mehr bereitgestellt. Die Bettwäsche wurde so gut wie nicht getauscht.
Das Bezahlen der Unterkunft in der Unterkunft wurde mit 5% Aufschlag auf den Gesamtpreis beim Zahlen mit Kredit/Debitcard gewürdigt. Eine vielleicht für Vietnamesische Architektur reguläre Besonderheit: Der Lift ist erst nach Überwinden von zwei steilen, engen, hohen Treppeneinheiten erreichbar. Jedoch wird beim Ein- und Aus-checken das Gepäck jeweils durch das Personal getragen !

Il n'est pas précisé qu'il y a un escalier à monter avant d'atteindre l'ascenseur, et qu'il n'y a pas de restauration sur place on doit sortir de l'hôtel et faire 250 m pour prendre le petit déjeuner, étant handicapé nous n'avons pas pu rester heureusement la personne à l'accueil nous a trouvé un autre hôtel

La habitación era muuy grande e iluminada, con el mobiliario necesario para una cómoda estadía. La ubicación es buena ya que caminando encuentras de todo.

Cons:

El primer piso era compartido con un centro de masajes y un punto de turismo, por lo que era un poco confuso y desordenado. El área para desayunar no es en el mismo edificio sino que está en un hotel a 2min caminando, lo que lo hace incómodo.

La struttura si trova nel quartiere old di Hanoi molto silenziosa. È dotata di ascensore per le camere che sono spaziose e molto pulite con cambio di biancheria tutti i giorni. Dal momento della nostra prenotazione Gem mi è stata di estremo supporto. Tutto lo staff è veramente attento e reciso. Ho prenotato con loro le escursioni e devo dare voto 10 e lode. Prezzi competitivi ultima cosa da non dimenticare la colazione veramente favolosa.
