Pros:

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the communication was excellent. Great breakfast. The room is very small, but clean and suitable for 1-2 nights. The location is perfect, close to the train station and some places of interest.

Pros:

Très bien placé et check in disponible toute la journée.

Cons:

Le bruit était insupportable, qu’il s’agisse de gens dans la cuisine à 1h du matin ou du marché dans la rue à 6h du matin. Beaucoup d’humidité et pas de fenêtre. L’absence de réception rend le tout un peu froid

Zentrale Lage, mittendrin in einer typischen Markstraße. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufnähe. Geräumiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, ausreichend Ablagen, zuverlässiger und freundlicher Kontakt über WhatsApp und E-Mail. Sehr hilfsbereit.

Sorry,
das Frühstück -Reis im Bananenblatt, auch wenn typisch- war nichts für uns.

Pros:

Hard to get to in a busy market area. Rooms are good but did not get clean the whole time i was there. Breakfast was not good and hard to organise.

Pros:

We had the king room which is on the top floor, and it was spacious and nicely furnished. All toiletries were provided. Air con and fan work very well to cool the room down.

Breakfast was the choice between two Vietnamese dishes and both were delicious. The host also brought this up to our room for us.

Good location within easy walking distance / cheap taxi from main area.

Cons:

Mattress is a little hard for our liking so not the most comfortable sleep. Also an extra pillow would have been ideal.

The building is quite echoey so doors are a little noisy in the late evening, but not something that troubled us too much.

Pros:

Nice and cozy homestay. Easy Check in at the middle of the night with a door code.

Cons:

Troubles with getting breakfast. One day even no breakfast and staff was not available. Very noisy but local street in front of the homestay.

Pros:

Was just every day life outside your front door. Restaurants within walking distance, and Train street a couple of blocks away. Basic rooms no fridge( but one in the shared kitchen).

There is a day market in the street of the hotel

They do not clean the room

Very good location in a lively street, very local feel - amazing. Rooms very nice and staff very helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Hanoi feel.

Pros:

We had some trouble, but they dealt with it politely. Leaving the door unlocked after cleaning is not acceptable from a security standpoint. In addition, I think it would be better to provide more explanations about breakfast and WiFi. The cleaning was okay, but there were some things that bothered Japanese people, so I would like to return if they could repair and improve the overall situation.
