Pros:

The staff were lovely, always welcomed us with a smile and asked how our day was. Very helpful with booking trips and laundry. The room overlooked the pool, was big, bright with comfortable beds and a good shower. It was nice to be out of the town, in amongst the rice fields, is about a 30min walk along the river into Hoi An

J’ai passé 3 magnifiques semaines au Serene Nature. L’endroit est merveilleusement situé dans les rizières, qui étaient verdoyantes en février et mars. Le point le plus positif est définitivement le personnel (autant les gens à l’accueil que les femmes de chambre et les portiers) : des gens souriants, sympathiques et toujours prêts à aider. Ils ont eu plusieurs attentions à mon égard : ils m’ont notamment offert un gâteau d’anniversaire et ils ont donné une rose à chaque femme pour le Journée internationale de lutte pour les droits des femmes. L’endroit est au calme à environ 10 minutes de mototaxi ou de voiture de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Restaurant et gym sur place. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien. Eau chaude avec bonne pression dans la douche, qui est située à part de la toilette. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé qu’il y ait différentes options d’éclairage dans la chambre. Si je retourne à Hoi An, je choisirai à nouveau Serene Nature. Merci pour tout !

Un endroit parfait !
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé au calme de la vieille ville, avec une vue magnifique sur les rizières. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous qui circulions avec les vélos prêtés par l'hôtel.

Je voudrais souligner l'extrême gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel, qui est vraiment très serviable, disponible, avec toujours un mot gentil et prêt à aider. On s'est sentis comme a la maison grâce à eux.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux et diversifié avec une large amplitude horaire pour bien en profiter.

La chambre était grande et confortable. Nous avions en plus une salle de bain avec une belle baignoire avec la vue dégagée sur les rizières, le rêve.

Cons:

Tout était parfait, il manquait peut être juste un peu plus de transat autour de la piscine.

Pros:

The staff was amazing, always helpful. Thank you, Catherine and Vivian, for all your efforts to make our vacation memorable. They organized all our trips on a very short notice. The private driver, Peter, was great, calm, we didn't notice how fast time passed for almost 3.5 hours from Hoi An to Hue. I highly recommend good breakfast, large rooms, amazing staff.

Pros:

Dos melhores hotéis da viagem! Fomos muito bem recebidos no hotel. A equipe foi extremamente prestativa e ainda nos deu dicas valiosas sobre a região. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e muito bonito, e o hotel como um todo é muito agradável. O custo-benefício é simplesmente incrível. Com certeza voltaria!

Cons:

Academia podia ser mais equipada e a localização não era no centro - de qualquer forma, era bem fácil e barato conseguir Grab para lá

Joli petit hôtel un peu excentré
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre, la piscine face aux rizières.

Cons:

Les vélos sont en très mauvais état, c’est dommage. Un peu loin de la vieille ville de Hoi An, nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver des taxis pendant les vacances du nouvel an lunaire. Pas assez de choix sucré pour le petit-déjeuner.

Dépaysant au milieu des rizières
Pros:

Très bel hôtel en plein milieu des rizières. Belle piscine et espace pour se reposer, très relaxant. La chambre était très bien aussi. Il y a des vélos à disposition, très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre en 20 minutes. Un grand merci au monsieur de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner qui était aux petits soins pour nous !

A very good hotel with fair pricing. The staff is professional and works well together. We stayed 6 nights in the Queen Room; the bathtub view of the rice fields is amazing. The breakfast was good, and the hotel is very clean towels and fresh water were provided every day. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet location. We would have happily stayed longer. Recommended
