A spacious room and comfortable bed. There is a great function centre onsite with good quality food at very reasonable prices. There is also a coffee shop although several options on the menu were not available during our stay. Nearby there is a well stocked supermarket, bakery and fast food outlet.
It appears toilet paper is rationed. There was also a disturbing and noticeable ‘hum’ from the room’s electrical panel.

L'hôtel a mal vieilli
Les salles de bain ne sont pas propres malgré la gentillesse des femmes de ménage ( qui est venu nettoyer une grosse tache de liquide jaunâtre comme jeté sur le mur et qui n'a pas réussi à le nettoyer) et du personnel à l'accueil
Beaucoup de passage de voitures et camions et beaucoup de pollution donc la promenade a pied ne se fait pas en sécurité
This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10.
1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled.
2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to go back to reception desk to re-activate the key.
3- The main electric outlet was broken so TV, fridge, telephone cannot be used.
4- On the third day a cockroach was found in the bathroom (see pictures) I killed it and flushed down the toilet!
5- Included breakfast was only 1 of 5 choices of Vietnamese soup. You order the evening before and they go out to buy it and brought it back for you. Coffee must be paid aside.
You have everything on-site. Hotel, restaurant, coffeeshop, playground for kids, swimming pool, SPA, etc.. The restaurant is a Korean style BBQ and hotpot. The food is good and the staff is very welcoming and efficient.
Around the hotel, you have the perfume pagoda, beautiful ricefields where you can see amazing sunset.
Up to the North via Ho Chi Minh road, it's a little complicated. The road is packed with trucks, driving way over speed limit and recklessly. A lot of dust in suspension in the air and random spills of rocks on the road. If you're in car, it should be ok, but by motorbike, it's quite dangerous. It's better to take an alternative road.
Centrally located, friendly and helpful. Very spacious room. Good breakfast.
Towels are thin. Water pressure is a bit low.
The room was great. Reception staff really good. I loved and appreciated the fact that my bicycle could sleep in the room with me.
The vegetarian breakfast of sticky rice was horrible.
