Cons:

Ive stayed here a few times, and loved every stay. I booked for Sunday night a while ago, the day prior to check in i became quote ill. I tried canceling on the app and called directly to front desk. I also emailed. They would not even consider the idea of not charging me, apparently its a 5 day policy. Guess u lost this customer.

Pretty good
Pros:

Nicely maintained and nice decor. Quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre, bedding blankets were scratchy, our room had no conditioner or Kleenex when we checked in. I went and got Kleenex but they had no conditioner. Hotel parking was terrible. Tiny lot. Had to do a 10 point turn just to get out of the parking spot.

C'est un bon hôtel, mais il reste de problèmes
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. Aussi, j'ai apprécié la taille des chambres, c'était vraiment agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était assez bon, j'aurais aimé voir plus de choix de toppings (par exemple, les graines de chia), mais dans son ensemble, c'était un bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

J'ai choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il avait une navette et l'aéroport de Thunder Bay n'est pas très achalandé par des taxis, mais quand je suis arrivé à 00h00, j'ai appelé à 00h05 et l'hôtel m'a dit que la navette arrête de fonctionner à minuit et le chauffer est déjà parti pour la nuit, alors j'étais coincé. Heureusement, j'ai réussi à trouver un uride (comme uber, mais pour Thunder Bay). Quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, la madame au comptoir m'a facturé 10 CAD supplémentaire parce que l'hôtel n'a pas encore mis à jour ses prix sur booking.com. Le chauffage dans ma chambre était bizarre et parfois, commencera à refroidir la chambre. Bref, l'hôtel est assez cher pour un hôtel à Thunder Bay, je m'attendais une meilleure service à la cleintèle.

Excellence!!
Pros:

I loved the hotel, the staff and the suites. Really felt comfortable. As someone travelling with a large cooler, I surely appreciated having a standard sized refrigerator in my suite. The hotel was modern and clean. Decent assortment of breakfast items. The gym had an appropriate amount of equipment which I used. Towels provided at the gym. I would definitely stay here again. All the staff were lovely, from front desk to housekeeping to shuttle driver.
