It was modern, up to date and clean.

Cons:

They confirmed us through this website with the understanding that it was a suite with two bedrooms.
It clearly stated bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 in the listing.
This was our wedding anniversary.
On arrival we found it to be one room with two beds and a pull out couch.
When we approached the desk, they stated it wasn’t THEIR fault as they “don’t control what booking.com advertises”, “do not have suites with two bedrooms” and offered to have me pay full price for a second room to house my two young children (9 and 10 years) elsewhere in the hotel.
When I suggested that their satisfaction guarantee clearly states “if you’re not satisfied, your night’s on us” - to be told “the guarantee doesn’t apply in this case”
I would have been happy to get an apology, perhaps a change to joining rooms with some sort of small discount for the second room.
There was none of that. This experience was followed up with an email stating that I should have known from the pictures that it was one room (it clearly stated 2 bedrooms and I can actually read) and the screenshot they sent clearly still stated bedroom 1 and 2.
I didn’t bother to respond and I will never stay there again.

Excellent choice and service after a 12 hours drive

Pros:

Nieuw hotel, keurig, schoon, modern. Vriendelijke medewerksters receptie. Gratis koffie en thee, kamer en lobby, ontbijt. Grote kamer, uitgebreide keuken met alle voorzieningen, nette badkamer, zithoek met bank, tv, kingsize bed, veel parkeerruimte, veel restaurants nabij, walmart.
