We felt the description was deceptive. The facility next store is newly renovated and we needed to change rooms for 4x
Pros:

Location to Mt Tremblant and ab
Nice nice restaurant

Cons:

Old dingy room, missing light bulbs, broken furniture small furniture and lack of light

Pros:

La chambre était très propre avec une vue vers le lac. Le lit était confortable et les autres aménagements dabs la chambre était en très bon état. De plus, le personnel était très accueillant. Pour ce qui est question dh stationnement, il en avait un très grand pour tout le monde. En dernier, le restaurant au premier étage de l'auberge était merveilleusement aménagés avec une splendide vue au lac et un menu délicieux.

Basic but comfortable
Pros:

Basic clean and comfortable accommodation. Very handy to have the restaurant on site. Staff were very friendly. Bar fridge was a bonus.

Cons:

No coffee maker or TV in room. Tuv dripwd all night. Restaurant was not open Monday thru Thursday for breakfast and no continental breakfast.

Fantastic location and great value, but no sign of housekeeping
Pros:

Great location close to shuttle bus or ski slope if driving. Staff were lovely. Well-heated despite freezing temperatures. Great view of the lake. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Up two flights of stairs with no lift. No housekeeping, I asked for rubbish removal and wasn't done. Awful squeaky bed.

A very positive experience with friendly, professional support throughout my visit.
Pros:

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received during our stay.
The receptionist helped me beyond what I expected. They guided me with clear information on how to get to the resort, the schedules, things to do in the area, and also kindly assisted me in making a reservation at a restaurant in town.
Their attitude was very kind, professional, and dedicated, which made our experience much easier and more enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate their help and the outstanding service they provided.

old building, bed hard as f&%#@, linen rough, toilet wouldn't flush even after calling maintenance ... restaurant was closed, which was supposed to n=be a good spot to eat.... not wow, ut rather a basic ok.... perhaps summer is better....

Magnifique vue sur le lac du restaurant mais regret d'avoir une chambre à l'auberge pour le bruit
Pros:

La situation géographique avec le Mont tremblant tout proche et accessible en navette gratuite
La vue sur le lac du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le bloc de clim dans la chambre de l'auberge très bruyant ainsi que les bruits de tuyauterie constants. Le lit à roulette , nous qui bougeons beaucoup avons retrouvé les oreilles au sol. De plus il faut payer une caution pour la chambre, restituée après 10 jours.

Pros:

Great location if you're coming to ski.
You get what you pay for. Restaurant was good

Cons:

Was grungier than expected, doesn't look as nice as the photos. I would want to pay a little more to get a nicer place to stay

Le déjeuner était super, le personnel était très sympathique.
