Below average, but very nice location
Pros:

We would have liked to have a room on the lake side, but instead got the parking lot. Also, only had one towel in the room.

Comfortable bed & the spa being so close

Cons:

Could not have dinner at Club Morritt since we did didn’t think we needed a reservation. People who didn’t even sleep at the Morritt reserved the entire place

Le fait que l’auberge soit au bord du lac et près des arrêts de bus pour se déplacer facilement entre la montagne et le centre ville

Cons:

Nous avions eu une première chambre dont l’état était pitoyable: rideaux quasi défait et très sale, un tampon hygiénique sous le lit, une serviette de bain utilisée encore mouillé. La dame à la réception nous a tout de suite changé de chambre et surclassé. Il y a quand même beaucoup de rénovation à faire dans l’auberge pour accueillir les clients correctement.
La réceptionniste était très courtoise et accueillante. Super polie et souriante. Toutefois le gérant est très peu courtois et manque de sympathie.

Un séjour reposant dans un emplacement parfait pour découvrir le Mont-Tremblant.
Pros:

Très agréable séjour. Le grand parking est un vrai plus, tout comme le jacuzzi qui permet de se détendre après une journée de visite. La chambre était calme et confortable. Le personnel était souriant, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la région et découvrir le Mont-Tremblant.

Cons:

Les rideaux de la chambre n'étaient pas suffisamment occultants, ce qui laissait passer la lumière tôt le matin. Il est également dommage que le restaurant ait été fermé durant notre séjour.

Personnel accueillant.
L’accès au lac, au jacuzzi et à la plage très cool !

Cons:

Chambre vieille, salle de bain minuscule. Odeurs dans la chambre. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Et climatisation dysfonctionnelle.

Nothing

Cons:

Checked in and the toilet was clogged with water overflowing. No help available. As we checked in at 11:00pm, we had to go to bed without using the washroom.
Floor was dirty and very uneven.
No elevators and the room was located on 1st floor.
