The price is cheap but with 20 Cad more you ca have better
the running water missed for a day. The solution was a a gallon of water.

Breakfast is supposed to be eaten in the lounge only. They don’t allow people to take breakfast to their rooms. And for that reason I wasn’t able to eat breakfast.
Allow clients to have breakfast in their rooms. Is not everyone that is comfortable eating in public.
The location was convenient for me; the hotel was very clean and quiet.
It’s a bit noisy because there’s a railway line nearby.
The access to the convention centre via LRT & Uber, price
I used the main bathrooms when I arrived and all stalls where disgusting - apparently due to a function.. they put me on the 1st floor, the TV didn't work the first night it kept freeing and not a huge selection of Chanels to choose, they fixed it the next day. the windows are not sound proof and didn't even look secure being on the main floor.. so you could hear the CPKC train going by and everything in the hallway, one morning the hallway smelled like urine really bad also. they also had homeless outside and one being treated by an ambulance in the lobby one night.

Seeing the homelessness and the noise from the venue in the hotel…. Lots of kids running around and screaming in the evening when we are trying to sleep

Je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La climatisation était éteinte et il faisait environ 25 °C dans la chambre, ce qui était très inconfortable. Lorsque j’ai appelé la réception pour signaler le problème, la réponse a été très désagréable : on m’a simplement dit que si j’avais chaud, je n’avais qu’à ouvrir la fenêtre.
De plus, la chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée et il n’y avait même pas suffisamment de serviettes pour deux personnes.
Compte tenu de l’état de la chambre, du manque de confort et surtout de la façon dont ma demande a été traitée par la réception, l’expérience a été très décevante et ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes.
