施設は普通、治安は要確認
Pros:

バンフの行き帰りのカルガリー滞在の宿泊の際に費用を抑えたくて空港から離れたこちらのホテルを利用しました。ネットで宿泊された方の情報を見たり、Google street viewを見て交通量の多いMacleod Trailの通り沿いで治安も問題ないと思い治安もあまり調べずに二泊予約しました。施設は古いですが必要最低限のものは揃っています。

Cons:

①他の方も指摘している通りDrug Addictやホームレスがホテルの裏とCTrain39 avenue train stationの間にたむろしています。駅に行こうとしましたが近寄ってきて恐怖を感じたので遠回りして駅に行きました。部屋の窓からも徘徊している人が見えました。治安がかなり悪いです。ホテルにも伝えましたが、カルガリーは公共交通機関近辺の治安の悪化が問題になっているようなのでホテルだけの対応は限界があると思います。

②1泊目と2泊目は別日程だったので部屋が違ったのですが1泊目と2泊目の施設やアメニティに大分差があった。1泊目はコーヒーメーカーもあり施設も全く問題なかったのですが、2泊目はコーヒーメーカーなし、入口の蛍光灯の電気もつかず、他の方もおっしゃってる通りバスタブに漂白なのか剥がれているのか汚れが凄かったです。同じ施設とアメニティに統一したほうがいいと思います。

I would stay again
Pros:

A very conveniently located hotel at a fair price to attend the Stampede. Second year I have used this hotel and would use it again as was clean and staff friendly.

You get what you pay for. Unclean, homeless people living in hotel grounds.

Unable to call desk from the room. No towels in room, but quickly rectified.

It was not good.
Pros:

The microwave at the room.

The carpet was too old. The room was dismel and different from photos. Lots of homeless around. I donot suggest to ladies.

Not my going to my go to place to stay
Pros:

Not what I expected, we had 2 towels for 4 person, sink and bathtub need repairs.

The front lady (most probably Persian) is an amazing soul. She deserves a rise.
Why don't they make her the manager.

Cons:

The So Called General Manager (Asian), doesn't have good communication with customers. She doesn't treat all customers the same. She looks agitated and cannot explain anything properly.
