Dirty rooms, gross, old, HOT, AC didn’t work, key didn’t work the first time, pool not open, no pod for the coffee maker
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and close proximity to everything.

Cons:

No one told us the pool was not open and that was the whole reason we were staying there.

Generally kind staff, but definitely some shady guests
Pros:

I liked the location right at 39th Ave station and the pool was great. They had a little work out room that looked like it never got used as well. It was cheaper than other places but with that comes some guests that are less than desirable. My laundry got stolen by another guest who threatened to "smash me out," and mocked me for being disabled but that's not the hotels fault. They were accommodating when I had requests like changing rooms because the guy next to me went in and out his door literally a thousand times the first night and I couldn't sleep.

Cons:

The first room was filthy, but the second room was much better. We were on the accessible floor but it was still a little tricky getting in and out of the hotel in a mobility device.

Cons:

I’ve booked it because I needed a space to chill for the afternoon and price was decent. But they don’t allow me to check in 2 hours earlier than 4pm and added extra fee for early check in. I ended up paying double the price for the afternoon just to take an afternoon nap. I probably will not look for this place again.
