Okay for a one night stay
Pros:

The fan was welcome. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

A TV would be nice. Didn't care for the fact that we couldn't eat in the room.

Pros:

Owners son was still there waiting even though I was late for check-in. All information provided in advance. Mini fridge in common area for use but none in the room. Private bathroom was very nice to have. Clean and cozy.

I was surprised to find a cleaning fee that only appeared on the receipt. It would be helpful if all fees were shown upfront or included in the amount quoted by Expedia. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. There was hair and mold in the bathroom. When guests are paying extra for cleaning, a higher standard should be expected.

Nice place to stay. Nice location. Friendly hosts.
Pros:

Host were nice and friendly. The place was very clean. The room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Room and private bathroom were excellent. Temperature control was excellent. They have a common area, with a few dishes, utensils, supplies, coffee machine, tea kettle, and microwave.

Cons:

There is no sink in the common area, so had to wash dishes in my room. No dish cloth or towel available, so used my hand towel.

Having access to a sink with running water, dish cloth and dish towel in the common area would be a nice addition if one is going to heat up food, make coffee/tea, and clean up dishes. That is the only request that I'd have for the hosts.

Pros:

Steve was helpful. He even loaned me his fan when I found my room too warm. It would be helpful to have something that makes their property easier to find. Maybe a decorative flag at the front gate would help?

Pros:

Lovely owners who were so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

If I'm being really picky then a small table and chairs would be useful. As soon as I mentioned it, the owner helped out.
