Pros:

The parking setup here was a major plus for us. We were traveling with a semi-truck and trailer, and finding space was not an issue at all. The lot is wide and easy to maneuver in, which made arrival and departure stress-free. It’s not often you get this kind of convenience at this price range, so it really stood out during our stay. Overall, very practical and accommodating for larger vehicles.

Decent Stay with Limited Food Choices Onsite
Pros:

I visited Saskatoon with my partner to attend an event. Stayed at this property and it was decent. Room was clean and spacious and they have a large parking space as we came by a truck as we had some stuff to pick up. Aircon was also working. They have limited food choices but there are take aways nearby to get your food.
It was a comfortable stay for us

Cons:

All ok for us

It’s mainly chosen for its low cost and location, especially for short stays or quick overnight stops.
Pros:

Midtown Inn is appreciated for its convenient location on Idylwyld Drive, making it easy to access downtown Saskatoon and nearby services. Guests often choose it for its affordable rates, making it a budget-friendly option for short stays. Many also find the beds comfortable enough for a good night’s rest, and some reviews mention helpful staff and a generally simple, no-frills experience that suits travellers looking for basic accommodation at a reasonable price.

Very bad and Misleading false advertisement
Pros:

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Very misleading! The outside of the building is NOT in the pictures and If I would have seen that, I would have NOT booked there. From the bed to the washroom, not the same as in the pictures.

The pictures of reception is NOT even the same reception, false advertising.

Cons:

The damage deposit is DOUBLE what the room cost and for a horrible room like that, what a joke!!! The door looks like someone tried to shoot it open with very big dents in it.

The bathroom roof had a water stain, the bathtub looked disgusting and I refused to shower. Bathtub paint started peeiling, most horrible tiles at the tub. Very unsanitary. The Coffee mashine was dirty. I was very disappointed and I will never believe pictures in this app again.

Theres gas station washrooms better looking that this.

Was ok but would spend the extra $50 on a nicer place next time
Pros:

Very nice & helpful staff working at the front desk

Cons:

Quite unclean & not serviced well (ie. room didn’t have towels or even toilet paper, and our room was missing a light bulb in the lamp)

Decent property with good facilities for short stays
Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful. Overall room was clean and decent and I had no issues at all. They have basic packed breakfast and it was okay as I had a morning flight to catch so it was more like a grab and go which suited my requirement

Cons:

I was a short stay and not explored the property much so there was nothing which I didnt liked. I wish I would have stayed longer to experience it

Pros:

Not much. The low price doesn't make up for how run down and the cheap attempt to make it possible to rent rooms.

Cons:

Already explained

A decent stay with all basic facilities provided
Pros:

I was a bit skeptical reading the bad reviews of the other guests, however I thought to give this a try and I booked the Standard Room. I connected with property before arriving and told them to ensure the room is clean and ready before my arrival. The reception staff was friendly and helped me with my luggage and basic facilities like connecting wifi etc. They also helped me with food options nearby as I took a take away returning from a meeting.
Overall a decent hotel with good value for money and I got what I booked. I will be booking them again very soon.

Cons:

All regular facilities were available so no surprises here.
