Nice but we didn’t get what we booked.
Pros:

Property was nice and clean, location was central to where we wanted to go.

Cons:

The cooling system was not working in the room that was originally booked. When we called the front desk, we were told there’s no maintenance to check it; they will send us a fan and try.

It was disappointing because the room has been booked months before but when we arrived, the room’s cooling system was not working. It was not checked before our arrival.

We were transferred to 2 different rooms but it was not as spacious as the originally booked. We requested the 2 rooms to be close to each other but it was so far from each other - one was close to the elevator and the other at the other end of the hallway!

Great location. Beautiful room. Friendly, helpful staff. Stay here -- it's a good one.
Pros:

The location is great -- close to Rue St. Paul with lots of shopping and restaurants, the Basilica, and the piers. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable with lots of amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite reports of noise issues in other reviews, we thought it was actually pretty quiet for a city hotel. We had a wonderful stay and will stay again if ever in Montreal!

Lovely spot, was genuinely sad to have to leave
Pros:

Genuinely felt like a home away from home with all the necessary amenities and a supermarket a short walk away to stock up from. Great location away from overly busy activity but within walking distance of old town and downtown.

Pros:

The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from all the main attractions.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Location excellent in the old town of Montreal. The hotel is converted from an old Board of Trade building which was pleasingly quirky. Washing machine and dryer in our suite which we did not use but handy if needed.

Cons:

Flight of steps to enter the building, not good with luggage for older people. Shower very difficult to work out and when a low flow of water was obtained it was only Luke warm, almost cold.
