My guests found the room chilly, lacking heat. We communicate our concern about the heating. The contact provided to take care of guests doesn't answer calls; it only accepts text messages, so you don't get assistance as soon as you need it. The contact noted that heating in this area is comparable to the rest of the floors, and no one is complaining about it.
Different people have varying preferences when it comes to room temperature; some enjoy cozy, warm spaces, while others prefer cooler conditions. My visitor didn't stay, and I ended up making alternative arrangements.

* The bedroom light stopped working after just one day.
* The living room sofa was poorly maintained and did not look inviting to sit on.
* The bedroom air conditioner blows dust when it is turned on.
* The carpets in the house smell very bad.
* The tap water has an unpleasant taste.
* The door handles were dirty and clearly needed cleaning

At first glance, this property may appear to be a suitable place for a family stay, but our experience was extremely disappointing. I travel frequently for business and can confidently say that this was one of the worst accommodations I have encountered. My family and I booked this property for five nights, but after arriving, we decided we could not stay even a single night. Despite Ottawa being nearly fully booked, we spent an additional $1,000 to secure alternative accommodations 40 minutes away rather than remain here.

One of the most significant issues was that the listing advertised a private washroom, yet upon arrival we discovered that the washrooms, kitchen, and living areas were shared among multiple guests. When this discrepancy was raised with the property owner, the response was simply that the information had been removed from the listing. This did little to address the concern or the inconvenience caused.

The property itself appeared old and poorly maintained. The bedroom and common areas had a stale odor, the furnishings were minimal, and cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. We noticed cobwebs, dust, marks on the walls, worn bedding, and extremely thin pillows. The air conditioning unit so loud that holding a normal conversation was difficult, let alone getting a restful night's sleep.

Although I paid for early check-in, the cleaning staff were still preparing the property when we arrived. I was initially told that I would receive a refund if early check-in could not be provided, but that refund was never issued. The property manager was also unfriendly and abrupt during our arrival and later spent time doing yard work directly outside our window, making it difficult to relax.

Privacy was another major concern. The walls are extremely thin, and noise travels easily throughout the house. Guests in the adjacent room played loud music, and conversations and other private activities could be clearly heard.

During my stay, I booked two units. The room on the first floor was in decent condition and suitable for my family and me. However, the second room on the ground floor was in extremely poor condition. There was dust all over the bed, the blankets and pillow covers were dirty, and there was no air conditioning. As a result, our two-night stay in that unit was very uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience for my family and me.

The room was dirty. There were multiple plaster patches on every wall. It looked like there was damage from a brawl on the walls. The room was not as represented in the photos.

First night no towels for showering, owner was slow to get back to me, bathroom was very dirty the first two nights. The floor that I was staying on needs massive up keep. Walls are paper thin and if I did not bring ear plugs I would have had a terrible sleep. There is too many rooms for only one bathroom to share it is terrible.

Nous avons été accueillis par 2enorme chien et même si ils n étaient pas malin nous avons perdu confiances et nous ne sommes pas allés resté là donc ont a été floué en quelques sorte car si ont avait su a l avance qu' il y avait des chiens nous n aurions jamais louer un tel appartement alors nous aimerions être remboursé car il n étais écrit a aucune endroit dans l annonce qui il y avait des énormes chiens nous avons été berné et soyez sur que nou5ne recommanderons cette endroit a personne

The kitchen and bathroom

Trop de bruits, de jour comme de nuit : la chambre est collée au local technique (donc bruits chaque fois que les moteurs démarrent), le plancher à l’étage n’est pas insonorisé (donc bruits quand les habitants à l’étage se déplacent, et infernal quand les enfants jouent), les lits ne sont pas stables et crissent au moindre mouvement (ce bruit du lit à l’étage ajoute aux bruits décrits ci-dessus).

Un mot sur les sanitaires : une seule salle d’eau pour 3 chambres me semble insuffisant : les jours où toutes les chambres étaient occupées ont été difficiles.

It was the dirtiest ever property I have stayed in. Smelling marijuana and smoking all the time. It was never disclosed that it is going to be a basement unit. The ad was misleading

Je pensais avoir louer une suite qui comprend habituellement une cuisine , salon , chambre et salle de bain. Mais lorsque je suis arrivée il avais clairement un couple qui habitait sur place avec leur enfants de 4 ans et deux chiens Pitt bull !! J’ai vite compris que je louais une chambre !!!! C’était bruyant ! Étant donner que tu intègre une vie de famille avec un jeune enfants. À notre arriver la cuisine était sale pleins de vaisselle la poubelle débordait ….

Cela dit , le garçons responsable était sympathique mais pas du tout ce à quoi je m’attendais d’avoir louer!!

Il demande de texter au besoin , nous avons tenter toute la semaine de discuter pour nous faire rembourser mais jamais de réponse sauf la veille de notre départ pour nous dire de passer directement sur booking !

Mon erreur , j’ai pas été voir les m commentaires et je me suis vraiment faite avoir !!
