La saleté il y’a des inconnus qui dormaient dans le salon
Les marmites etaient sales et les assiettes sales de partout

Telement horrible le service.

Comment est possible qu’une personne donne aussi peu d’amour à sa propriété.
Les sommiers du lit sont brisé. On tombe dans son sommeil. Matela de très mauvaise qualité
Pas de rangement vêtement
On partage un appartement avec des étranger. Les toilettes les salles de vies sans aviser les clients.
Aucune disposition pour assurer le stationnement du client.

we had terrible experience with the host and compromised our safety , just in the midnight two men have opened the door and unloaded all their stuffs while we are fast asleep , wakes me up and asking to vacate.

we were stunned to hear and after checking with the host they have given our address and passkey to them instead of some other property managed by them, which is totally unacceptable. the host was just justifying their action despite how scared we were about the situation

I had to leave right away. They didn't clean the sheets, there are insects & spider webs everywhere and they confirmed my booking refused to refund me and ignored all my texts and calls.
They have mold and hair in the bathroom, & they are liers about SUIT because they are rooms in a shared apartment and one shared bathroom.

Room was 30+ degrees and could not change it.

No toilet paper in the bathroom

Could not park in parking space because there was too much snow.

Person in charge barely answers messages

Nobody answers the text message that asked for how to register day before. No clue which room and how to get into the house. Call in front of the door, nobody answers the phone, no doorbell. Then got the message that tell how to get into the room. Read the text message in the -22o'c weather that was very cold! Feel so bad.
there is not any cup for brushing the teeth.
The room is little cold too. there is heater, but too noisy.

Un asco absoluto, me encuentro en contacto con atencion al cliente de booking para que me reeintegren toda la plata. Es un HOSTEL, TODOS LOS ESPACIOS SON COMPARTIDOS con otras personas, no es privado como dice el anuncio en ningun punto. Hay gente fumando marihuana ( el olor es tremwnso imposible de quedarse), la higiene es un asco, encontramos pelos agenos tirados dentro de la propiedad, tazas con bichos y el parking no solo usado, sino que congelado, sin ningun mantenimiento, fue imposoble de poder subirlo porque el auto se patinaba. Con respecto a los animales, no es un lugar para asistir con animales, esta totalmente contaminado el ambiente
Ademas de eso, los dueños no respondieron absolutamente nada, ni los telefonos ni las llamadas, no se hicieron cargo de las devoluciones del checkin y del perro.
Si quieren ahorrarse un problema, no vayan

It’s a shared unit!!!

La chambre était très salle ,il y avait beaucoup trop de bruit , le lit faisait tellement de bruit, l’hôte n’était pas respectueux au téléphone comme ses locataires qui ne respectaient pas les autres en faisant tout ce bruit jusqu’à presque 2h du matin. Ça ne sert à rien d’établir des règles si elles ne vont pas être respectées par tous.

AC filter needs cleaning! Bathroom door close easier and easier to lock! Parking was NOT ideal !
