* The room and kitchen were not clean. There was dust, dirt, spiders, and even a cockroach in the kitchen.
* Poor ventilation and an unpleasant old-house smell.
* Noise from other guests late at night (talking, walking, and watching videos after 11 p.m.) made it difficult to sleep.
* The number of people sharing the property and the overall living conditions were disappointing.

Que no haya un filtro de las personas que se juntaran en un mismo día en el apartamento, con mi hijo estábamos solos el primer día que llegamos, hasta el segundo día, ya después estamos viendo tv y derrepente llegó un chico gigante que se puso a cocinar, tenía un aspecto extraño, esa noche no dormí nada porque estuvieron hasta las 5 am entrando y saliendo, haciendo ruido, abrían y cerraban la puerta, se reían, fue horrible! Se lo comenté a Alejandra, y llegamos a la conclusión que estaban consumiendo droga.
Además la habitación que me designaron tenía la persiana que tapa la ventana en mal estado lo que imposibilitaba bajarla completa, así como también parte de la pared estaba toda oxidada y en malas condiciones la verdad es que no volvería.

The grime

This is basically a rooming house and while its not the Renter's fault, but you never know who your house mates will be. For the amount of people it holds there is only one bathroom, and when there is 8 people throughout the rooms, its difficult to get turn. Then there is no respect or consideration for other people. For example the people I shared the house with were dirty, wouldn't share the tv, and would sleep on the floor by kitchen, making it uncomfortable to go to kitchen. Roommates can be loud in morning and the walls are thin. I would never go back.

This place is NOT as advertised in the pictures. It looks like a drug house. The entryway is disgusting. There are holes in the walls and giant holes behind the bed and in the washroom exposing the plumbing. The WORST are the centipede BUGS everywhere. I saw at least 2 in the room. I couldn't stay there another night. Booking.com was unhelpful. The property manager basically took my money and ran! They did not answer any phone calls or emails from me or booking.com. DO NOT book here under any circumstances!

Instructions of the unit was not matched. We entered the building. We had unit 2 and 3. Unit 2 had 3 rooms and unit 3 had 2 rooms. But we only got to access 3 rooms at the beginning. Then we realize that it was not enough as per website there were 9 beds, we asked property manager about other rooms access but she only gave one room code but we were still missing 2 beds then we had discussion with them and finally after some arguments they gave us the access of 5th room which still had only 1 bed. So, we had 8 beds instead of 9. As, they counted 1 bed as a sofa which was extra bed as per website. So, please be clear before booking the facility.

Also, the smell of the units were not good.

Overall, budget friendly. Just verify that you get what you see online.

Felt claustrophobic

Not a single thing, very bad experience.

The mattress is not comfortable and it caused neck pain.. Some other basic items should have been kept like mixer/blender, and utensils are pretty less. We bought some just in case. .
The AC fixing should have been better.

I booked what was advertised as an entire suite/apartment, but when I arrived with my family, I discovered there were two other rooms occupied by strangers who shared the same bathroom and kitchen with us. This was never clearly mentioned before booking. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying in a shared space with our family, so we left within five minutes and booked another hotel. I would not recommend this property for families unless the listing clearly states that the unit is shared.
