Just so so
Cons:

One of the heaters in our booked room didn’t work, and the room was freezing. We called the front desk, and although a staff member came to check it, he couldn’t fix the issue. Instead, he provided two portable heaters and suggested that we move to a room on level 5 while leaving our belongings in the original room on level 9. This arrangement was impractical, as it would have required us to go back and forth between floors, so we declined.
In addition, the TV in the other room stopped working due to an electrical issue while we were watching it, and it couldn’t be repaired promptly. Overall, the stay was very inconvenient. Although we were offered a late checkout, it didn’t fit our travel plans, so we didn’t accept it. But before we checked out, housekeeping was already cleaned up to our other room even they offered late checkout so we were surprised by that.

Anyway, we were disappointed that no discount or compensation was offered, given these issues. The hotel should ensure that all room facilities are properly checked and functioning before assigning them to guests.

Breakfast just so so. hoping they offer hot breakfast like sausages, scrambled eggs etc.. only they have pancake, bread, pastries, fruits, and the pancake’s machine was broken too.

Pros:

The location was excellent, whiting walking distance of many attractions.
The room was clean and beautiful.
The beds were also comfortable.
The break fast was simple but good.

Cons:

Our room was on 2nd floor and facing Albert Street. The noise from street was too much.

Great location walkable to many restaurants. Very nice rooms and staff
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, bed was comfortable and a bonus having a kitchenette in the room

Cons:

Breakfast was mostly carbs and sugar boiled eggs would be nice

Séjour très agréable. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas une plus value, mais tout a été très positif
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, chambre très confortable, la kitchenette est un vrai plus, personnel très agréable, baby-foot et air-hockey pour les enfants (ou grands enfants)

Cons:

Nous étions un peu déçus du petit déjeuner (pas de cuisine donc forcément très basique, que des choses sucrées et pas de boisson chaude pour les enfants)

Muy buen hotel: buena situación, muy buena atención y muy bien cuidado
Pros:

El espacio para tres es estupendo, en un mini apartamento. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Excelente calidad a muy buen precio. El desayuno también era bastante bueno.

Cons:

Quizás el exceso de ruido de las máquinas de calefacción y aire acondicionado al cambiar de temperatura. Pero es algo muy leve.

Great stay
Pros:

First time in Ottawa. I liked the location (close to bus stops, Rideau Center, and a number of monuments), and amenities (free self-laundry service).

The room is nice, the linens and bed sheets are clean. the A/C works fine and isn't noisy. I read before that there was a hot shower issue; I think it has been resolved because the water is hot at all times.

Had breakfast once; good continental breakfast (could use more options).

The staff was very helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

there's no bidet in th bathroom, which is extremely inconvenient. The shower head is fixed and there is no shower hose.
