Läget var toppen. Glad och trevlig personal.
Frukosten hade för få val. Kunde åtminstone innehållit pålägg såsom skinka eller liknande utöver sylt och marmelad till bröden.
Då vi checkade ut så tidigt hade det varit tacksamt om vi kunnat få en liten frukostpåse att ta med.

Increasing items and species
Location is good. The bedroom is nice, while the sofa bed quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok.

It was close to everything. The only nice thing about the place.
We were extremely disappointed with our experience at the hotel. The room we were initially given had no running water in the washroom. There was also no phone or alarm clock in the room. When we tried calling the reception desk for assistance, no one answered.
My husband eventually went downstairs to speak with the front desk, where he was told, “There’s about 150 rooms, and not all of them will have water.” We found this response completely unacceptable. Having no water in the washroom is a basic issue that should have been addressed before the room was given to a guest.
After my husband expressed his frustration, we were offered another room. However, we then had to pack up all of our belongings and move to a different room at 11:00 p.m. after a long drive. To make matters worse, the desk clerk was standing there waiting for us to move, which added even more pressure to an already frustrating situation.
I was in the middle of eating when we were asked to move, so I had to stop my meal. We were tired and hungry after travelling for hours and were expecting to simply settle into our room and rest.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. We understand that issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled and the response we received from the staff made the experience even worse. Guests should not have to deal with a room without basic necessities such as running water, especially after travelling a long distance and arriving late at night.

Windows aren’t sound proof so it was noise early in the morning with trucks picking up trash and delivery.
The bathroom size was not what was advertised. As well as room service not coming around.
