The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The kitchen was well equipped.
A light breakfast was included with fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels, pancakes and coffee/tea.
Although we didn't use the laundry room it had several washers and dryers and was very clean.
We weren't thrilled that our $150 security deposit would take 3-5 days to be released.

la cocina super completa, tal cual se ve en las fotos y la posibilidad de cocinar lo que quieras. hasta lavavajillas tiene. La cama comodisima la ubicación fantastica. si queres combinar trabajo y descanso. es ideal
estuve x trabajo con dos estancias distintas, y en una de las habitaciones no tenia placard, si un perchero, pero el placard es super util, sobre todo para mantener ordenada la habitacion
It’s close proximity to the centre of Ottawa. The apartment was well appointed, modern and very comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus
The noise on the street outside meant that we didn’t want to spend time on the balcony - but the double glazing was good and couldn’t hear it from inside. Still awaiting my deposit back - well over a week later! 😳

No adapter for power, bought one that didn't work, no cable connection socket for phone, no toothpaste, slippers or razors provided (all could be purchases, shower had curtain rather than glass, street access difficult for wheelchair. Breakfast included, but no meat option.
Good location. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped
The breakfast was pretty miserable. Mostly sugary yogourt and muffins, limited fruit, cheap bread etc. No cereal or even oatmeal packs. Some staff were not very gracious and made the experience feel as if they were being inconvenienced.
Osoblje je ljubazno, lokacija hotela je odlična na par minuta pješice od parlamenta i mnogih značajnih turističkih lokacija u gradu. Soba je bila velika i prostrana.
Naša soba ima jako malo dnevne svjetlosti i gleda orijentirana je direktno na poslovnu zgradu, pa nema baš privatnosti u sobi. Doručak je samo do 9 sati ujutro, a najveće gužve se stvaraju u 8:30 sati što bi mogao biti znak hotelu da bi puno bolje bilo da doručak traje do 10 sati, posebice jer se pola blagavaonice renovira pa nemaju svi stol za sjesti i pojesti doručak u miru.
