Sehr gut gelegen, um Ottawa zu Fuß zu erkunden. Check-in über die App hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage nicht richtig einstellen. In der Küche fehlten Utensilien, wir zB eine Pfanne. Insgesamt war das Kochen eher unschön, da man nicht lüften konnte.

Als ich am Tag vorher angerufen habe, teilte mir der Empfang mit das keine Reservierung unter Booking Nummer unter meinem Namen vorliegen würde. Nachdem ich dann aus Kanada mit Booking telefoniert habe, gab es dann die Buchung. Wir hatten zwei identische Appartements gebucht, leider hat man dies nicht wie bestätigt umgesetzt. Meine Frau und Ich haben das gebuchte Appartement erhalten unsere Freunde leider nicht. Es wurde mir erklärt, es hätte eine Buchung von Marriott Sonder und eine von Booking gegeben ? Am Preis wurde nichts geändert, sehr schade !

Convenient accommodation option
Pros:

Nice central location to the city and transport. It was my first time at a Sonder property and was dubious about self service on the app. I was proven wrong, and found everything ran smoothly during my stay.

Well equipped room. Warm, dry and quiet.

My room was absolutely filthy when I checked in. There was dead skin and dirt all around the mattress on the bed frame. There were strands of hair in the bed and it was clearly not made with fresh sheets. I worked as a housekeeper in a hotel and I can tell when the sheets haven't been fully replaced. The washroom also had hair in it and the toilet rim hadn't been properly cleaned. On top of that, the street noise was so loud I was waking up every hour because you haven't installed a proper seal around the patio door.
