Very comfortable beds
Pros:

Away from busy locations

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t served to the time that was advertised, also there wasn’t enough food set out.
Very disappointed.

Waardeloos dat er geld van mijn credit card is afgeschreven, terwijl wij daar niet gelogeerd hebben.

Niks, omdat wij er niet konden verblijven.

Cons:

Wat tegen viel was dat na onze boeking via booking.com wij gebeld werden door een medewerker van het Holiday Inn Hotel te Prince Albert. Hij vertelde dat hij onze boeking voor drie kamers moest annuleren wegens een fout in het systeem.
Vervolgens annuleerde hij mijn reservering niet.
Ik maakte een andere reservering voor drie kamers bij het Super 8 te Prince Albert.
De drie kamers bij het Holiday Inn werden wel doorbelast op mijn credit card. Inmiddels is één kamer gecrediteerd (CAD 226.86), maar ik heb nog geen crediteringen ontvangen van de bedragen CAD 221.16 en CAD 266.86. Wij hopen en vertrouwen erop dat dit opgelost wordt.
