Pros:

Immaculate property. Very accommodating host. Be sure to write down phone number on day of check in as cell service is spotty en route from Sudbury (West). A bit of car and train noise because it was unseasonably warm necessitating open windows. Highly recommend if you are staying in this area especially for extended stay. Super comfy leather lounger! Need to be ok to climb stairs. Ample off street car park and host offered to park bikes in his secure garage!

Pros:

Fantastic! Clean, recently updated, huge. It's an apartment not a suite. I've paid more for single room hotels. Timmies is a block away in a great small town atmosphere. I'll definitely be back! Love this place.
