Gute Lage, sauberes Apartment und großem Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Studentenviertel. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein sehr tolle Café und der Bus ist wuasi direkt vor der Haustür um in die Altstadt zu gelangen (Fahrzeit 30 min)

Cons:

Das Bett war leider nicht sehr komfortabel und die Maschine für die Waschkarte funktionierte nicht

Great accommodations for Quebec City getaway
Pros:

The host communicated clearly and punctually and provided necessary door codes.
Location close to grocery store and fast food restaurants.
Accommodations were clean and comfortable.
Secure underground parking.
We reserved a studio apartment but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit.
Short UBER ride downtown although was slower than usual due to summer construction and road closures.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like and will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Great location and easy access to facilities. Shopping center across the street and cafe on the premise. Beds were very comfortable!

Cons:

Furniture- sofa, chairs, and cushions were worn out and stained. Kitchen had one clean towel. Inside door mat was dirty upon arrival.

Muy poco equipado, el split del aire acondicionado no sirve para enfriar todo el apartamento por lo que en las habitaciones hacía calor.

It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped.

Cons:

The towels weren't great. I had to ask for fresh facecloths because the ones originally provided were very worn and stained. The toilet also had a defective flushing mechanism requiring us to lift the lid of the tank to flush it. I informed the hotel immediately of both issues. We did get new towels but the toilet issue was not addressed.

Pros:

Appartement propre et soigné
Les matelas sont d'excellentes qualités.
Il est possible de stationner le véhicule gratuitement sur les parkings des magasins proches pendant la nuit jusqu'à 9h voire 10h.

Cons:

Aucune présence sur site pour nous accueillir.
Manque d'explications pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte de l'appartement avec les serrures électriques à code.
Merci à l'assistance par téléphone qui m'a répondu rapidement.
