Country Garden Inn

The table coffe pot microwave all tables were dusty and dirty. The tub had an old soap dispencer on the wall was terrible site. The taps were lose on the sink the tub taps were lose shower would run both at the same time. The room was cold and uncomfortable

Older and dated hotel but very clean. Our room had a very comfortable king bed with newer floors and a paint job. The kitchenette and cupboards were very out dated and the cupboards were sparsely stocked and that's being kind. The WiFi was so slow it would not stream at least in our room. The resturant was good and convenient to have in the building. Wouldn't be my first choice but would stay again because it was clean, comfortable and price was right.

Hotel is dated. And it shows. Tho they once tried to update the rooms.
We had a kitchenette. It was lacking dishes and utensils. The hot water took a long time to come from the kitchen sink. Could not find the thermostat. Our room was cold. Had to ask for dish towels. The light in the bathroom was dim. Had to smack it to work. Missing lights in the main room. And the oven didnt work. Only two stove top burners worked.

Plug ins for fridge, coffee, lamp and hairdryer did not work. No coffee filter for coffee maker. Not enough supplies to make coffee for 2 ( only got 1 cup, no stirrer. On a good note, easy to check in and deposit was returned right away.

The room needs basic fixing , no housekeeping

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Soil and toothpaste around the taps and toothpaste on the walls by the sink

The room needs some fixing , front end desk was friendly and helpful.

Beds were not comfortable, the pillows were flat. Doors squeak and no screen on the window. The TV channels were limited. Way over priced, for the accommodation. The only bonus the WIFI worked good.

The staff were great, very friendly and did their best to be accommodating. In the first room we were in, the beds were very uncomfortable and it wasn’t cleanest.the second room was cleaner and the beds were slightly better but the room was run down.

TV didn't work, gave us double room instead of queen. Bathroom fan was deafening. Disappointed.

Good place for a quick stay.

It's a good place to stop by on the way to Cold Lake.

Lovely staff, quite stay

Did not stay the night as room smelled like smoke and liquor. Would not recommend and would like a refund!

The staff was very kind and helpful, most importantly I understand when they were talking, I asked if I could switch my room and they said it was not a problem and they switched it,

Good staff a little run down but clean!

A coffee server was dirty. A door key is not well working and hard to open it.

Bed bugs. Enough said.
