Only the mattresses a very good rating. The entirety of the room a very poor rating for a Motel 6.
Pros:

No breakfast available. The "ONLY" thing we liked was the mattress.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There were dust bunnies in the room and the shower. Dust and debris in the sinks. No soaps of any types in the bathroom. No mirror in the bathroom. One small chair for two people??? No closets, no hangers for clothes. The bath towels may have been clean but were stained and dingy. A tiny TV far from the beds.

Horrible! Extremely dirty and smelly rooms, flies all over. Stay far away from this place.

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

I did not complete my stay, the rooms were extremely dirty and smelly, flies all over, I was instructed to call booking for my refund which took a month of phone calls to the property and to booking. This property should not be on any rental website unless they remodel the place.

Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful but the bathroom was riddled with bugs that kept coming from the sink. It was kinda inconvenient to drive around the property to get to the lobby as well.

Pull up and the property looked run down. Enter the room and the floor was discussing. No mirror in the bathroom. Half the outlets didn't work and even hooked up
