Pros:

The location, the facilities, the amenities (excepting the mattresses, bathroom size, air conditioner)

Cons:

Mattresses need to be hotel quality, air conditioner needs to be more powerful (for summer nights), bathroom (shower area/basin) needs to be better in size and most importantly the hygiene for toilet bowl ... It needs to be properly cleaned before putting the tag on it!

Pros:

The property isn’t brand new, but it’s very well maintained and you can tell the owners genuinely care about it. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail and a clear sense of style. Communication was excellent and responses were always quick. The location is great, and there was plenty to do nearby. I stayed with my child, and we both had a lot of fun exploring the area. The outdoor space was spacious, the lawn was beautifully maintained, and the whole property felt welcoming and relaxing.

Nice hotel, service could have been better.
Pros:

The property itself was beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Once we were settled into our room, we had a very enjoyable stay. The shower pressure was strong, and overall the room felt modern and inviting.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we discovered that our assigned room was already occupied by another guest. We attempted to contact the hotel multiple times by phone, text message, and through Booking.com but initially received no response. Booking.com was also unable to reach the property at first. The hotel eventually contacted us and provided a different room, which we appreciated, but there was very little acknowledgment of the inconvenience and no real apology. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the lack of communication and support during what was a stressful situation detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

Pros:

Everything was great. Great location. It is only a few miles outside of the town of Catskill and a few miles from Kaaterskill Falls. It was spotless. The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing. Perfect!

Hidden Gem Now Shining
Pros:

I extended my stay while waiting for #NYSTIDES to arrive and everything was remarkable. The finishing touches were still being put on but u could tell that it will be hopping in no time.

Little oasis
Pros:

Everything was perfect. As Somebody who is very crazy about making sure everything is clean. This place was spotless. I really enjoyed the calm vibes and how beautiful the room was designed and decorated. It seems like there’s a lot of cool things coming to this hotel, including a pool and a beautiful bar. I would definitely stay here again. The host is super amazing and answered any questions that I had.
