Pros:

I recently stayed at voco Ma Belle Danang and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the view was amazing. The location is also great, close to the beach and convenient for exploring Da Nang.

Unfortunately it was very cold in the room when I arrived and not only did no one help me with my request to get it warmer, also my request to change the hotel was denied. Very bad service attitude. Cannot recommend this place.
