Great stay, would stay again.
Pros:

The beds were amazing! So comfortable, had a great sleep. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Maybe a coffee machine and definitely a drinking water tap in the room.

Pros:

Beds were comfy, property was clean, and service was attentive and prompt. Hotel staff periodically checked in on us over WhatsApp chat and facilitated a spa booking for us through the chat.

Great views of the beachfront from our room balcony, the pool, and also the gym!

Cons:

Hotel was at full occupancy during my visit so the waiting time for the elevators could be a while especially when they would shut 1 down for maintenance works.

My stay also coincided with the long weekend of Reunification Day and May Day so we could hear music from ongoing events/parties late into the night.

OK hotel, excellent breakfast and staff.
Pros:

A nice hotel, lovely breakfast and right across from the beach. Location is not central but there are some nice bars around. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Location is a bit away from the main tourist centre and there is quite a bit of noise at night from the resorts on the beach, that is made a bit worse by the insulation of the windows which was on its way out. Music ends aroudn 11ish so not that late. The top floor dining area was a bit dead at night and the infinity pool during the day was hogged by kids who were a bit of a nuisance, pity as the space was nice. Probably just high season thing.

Pros:

The room I chose had a bunk bed, which was a big hit with the kids. The layout was spacious and very comfortable. Little touches like locks on the balcony door placed high up so the kids couldn't reach it, gave us a lot of comfort.

The daily breakfast was very good, definitely a highlight of the trip, I wouldn't skip it. Would be good to have the vietnamese iced phin coffee station every day, instead of rotation with other drinks. Did not try the other meals at the hotel, the city has enough food options for that.

Cons:

There were a few things but these are more my personal quirks than anything else.
