Unfortunately it was very cold in the room when I arrived and not only did no one help me with my request to get it warmer, also my request to change the hotel was denied. Very bad service attitude. Cannot recommend this place.

NOTHING SHORT OF A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT
Pros:

I THOUGHT THE FOOD WAS REALLY VERY NICE WITH PLENTY OF VARIETY BOTH AT BREAKFAST AND AT THE RESTUARANT AT THE TOP OF THE HOTEL. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY GOOD TO SPEAK WITH AND DEAL WITH INCLUDING JUNE, JOSIE AND MIA AT THE FRONT DESK AND THANY AT THE BREAKFAST ROOM.

Cons:

I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT REALLY AS THE HOTEL TICKED ALL THE BOXES.
