Cons:

We had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. When we came here for check in, they told us they don't have a room for us anymore because the hotel is full but they told us they can move us into another hotel for a better price. We paid 14e for one night in the second hotel, which was quite expensive for the room we got - dirty sheets and floors and disgusting bathroom in which there was some kind of rat above ceiling (we heard its squealing and the ceiling was full of them). On the top of it, our friend who came just few hours later was also moved into the second hotel but not because of full capacity in the first one, but because of "technical problems". I don't recommend this hotel at all because I think it's a scam. And also, staff on the recepcion was horrible - lazy, nasty and lying. Be very careful when booking this kind of hotel!

El chico de la recepción que a pesar de que me dejaron sin habitación por un error eléctrico, me ayudó a conseguir un alojamiento cerca y nunca se desentendió del tema

Que no tomen las precauciones y las solucionen rápido. El chico de la recepción a las 8:00 am me habla por WhatApps para decir que mi habitación tenía un problema eléctrico, que no tenían donde recibirme pero que me derivarían a otro hotel. Lo cual acepté porque llegaba a la noche y con maletas y una ciudad desconocida prefiero aceptar. Pudieron haberlo solucionado en el día.

Cons:

They gave my room to somebody else because they said I didn't get there before 1930. I had to find another place to stay. Guy was rude too over the phone, while I was asking him why he was going to give my room away.

毎回ホーチミンに来たらこの宿を利用します。ブイビエン通りにも近く私的にはとても満足いく場所だと思ってます。ブイビエン通りが近いので夜は騒音もありますがそれにも増して利便性が上回るので毎回ここを利用してます。
多分今後もここを利用するでしょう
