You’ll wish you booked longer!
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and professional. Really happy to help and provide recommendations of places to visit. So knowledgeable. Everyone who works at the hotel deserve recognition for the service they provide. There were different daily offers. Loved the complimentary afternoon tea. The food options at breakfast were plentiful and delicious. Live music on Friday evening was enjoyable. 2 pools to choose from and shuttle service to beach or town.
Large room and balcony provided plenty of space to relax. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, très propre, le personnel est très accueillant, en particulier Ella, la réceptionniste.
J'ai testé plusieurs fois le restaurant de l'hôtel qui est également très bon.
́Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, et joliment décorées. Tout est très calme. Accès gratuit au sauna, hammam et jaccuzzi. Possibilité d'utiliser gratuitement les vélos et navettes pour le centre ville gratuites. Tout est fait pour que le client s'y sente bien 🙂

WOW! AMAZING hotel and service!
Pros:

What a fabulous stay at this hotel as part of my wife’s 40th birthday. EVERYTHING was fantastic. We stayed in the presidential suite, and loved the room. The hotel was fabulous, food was great and we loved the location. Just 2km away from the old town. We used the bikes to ride explore the rice fields and town. It was Luna & her team what made our stay though. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world and have never had the warm, friendly, engaging service that Luna provided my wife and I. Thank you so much for Luna & Team X

Pros:

The hotel was perfect, rooms are amazing and well taken care of. The breakfast is the most complete one ever but the highlight was definitely the staff, especially Jessie who made my stay very chilled. Thank you!

Lyx med blandade känslor.
Pros:

Personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpte till med allt och lite till. Trots knaglig engelska på några håll, så försökte dom och alltid en nick och ett leende. Då vi hade otrolig otur med vädret regen i 6.5 dagar av 8,så fanns det paraplyer att låna.
Frukosten hade allt och lite till allt från kakor till springrolls. Badbuss och buss in HU IAN fanns på hotellet och var gratis om du åkte enligt deras scheman.

Cons:

Vi kunde inte betala på kvällen innan vi skulle åka vidare redan kl 06.00 så vi fick börja stimma med det på morgonen. Och då slutade det med att vi glömde att lämna dricks till den fina och trevliga personalen.

חדר מהמם , ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ו Ami אחת מהממת מהקבלה שנותנת לכל אורח הרגשה כאילו הוא היחיד במלון.

Cons:

קצת רחוק מהמרכז אבל יש הסעות או גראב ממש בזול.

Rent, bra service, trevlig personal på hotellet och mycket bra frukost. Rekommenderar hotellet men inte spa-delen.
Pros:

Helt nybyggt så det var väldigt rent och fräscht.

Cons:

Vi var på Spa och fick massage och ansiktsbehandling. Massagen var tyvärr inte bra, personalen kändes osäker och gick flera gånger och viskade med annan personal i rummet. Ansiktsbehandlingen var inte heller så bra, tyvärr.

Amazing hotel, excellent service & facilities, would come back!!

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Vietnam!
The place is beautiful, spa was excellent, we did multiple treatments all were amazing. Service was incredible - especially Jessi and Ame, were super nice and helpful with everything and always making sure everything is good!
Breakfast was seriously exceptional!
Our room (Indochine suite) was the most beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in.
Would come back in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Everything is AMAZING. You cannot go wrong booking this hotel.
Shuttle/bike/30 min walk from old town.

Ame and the team at Grand Sunrise Palace doing a fantastic job running a fantastic hotel
Pros:

Without a doubt the nicest hotel ive stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are so lovely and clean, the breakfast was exquisite, and the staff are great. Ame, the guest relations manager seemed to know every guest by name and was so friendly and accommodating. When we return to Vietnam, Grand Sunrise Palace will be the first stop on our list.

Pros:

La suite Indochine avec le grand lit rond, les équipements, les 2 piscines dont la tropicale qui ferme très tard. Le personnel aux petits soins .

Un petit peu trop éloigné de la vieille ville mais service de navettes gratuites
