Pros:

Exceptional staff, facilities and rooms. Unbelievable value for money
Pros:

We have never stayed at a hotel with better service - it was exceptional. The staff were engaging, kind and helpful. Everything was beautifully presented and faultlessly clean; the rooms, the dining area, the pools. Even the food was great. At night the hotel would feature local talent using traditional musical instruments which was just fantastic. Loved our stay here.

Pros:

La estancia fue muy buena. La habitación es grande, la cama muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario. Gigi fue encantadora, ayudando en todo momento y muy pendiente. Las chicas de los masajes también son muy agradables.

A fabulous hotel with amazing food and absolutely incredible staff - especially V and Ame, who made our stay magical!

We had a wonderful stay with the Grand Sunrise Palace. The staff were absolutely amazing- especially V and Ame! Can’t thank them enough for taking care of us and making our stay in Hoi An truly special. Great hotel - lovely food!

El personal es maravilloso, el trato es excelente y nunca falta una sonrisa. Ami nos atendió excelente. Sin duda un hotel muy recomendable. El almuerzo muy variado y exquisito. La comida y la cena no te dejarán indiferente, hemos pedido diversos platos para probar y no puedo elegir el más exquisito. Tienen bicicletas para prestarte y lo hacen de manera proactiva y sin coste..

Un séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel ! Tout était impeccable, du personnel aux équipements en passant par la chambre, qui était magnifique et très bien équipée.

L’hôtel propose tous les services dont on peut avoir besoin, et surtout, le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. On s’est vraiment sentis bien accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin.

Rien à redire, tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Pros:

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is super good. Very near to everything. Room prices are very cheap compared to other hotels of the same level. We invited friends for a dinner there and the atmosphere was so nice and posh with live music. My friends' family all love it there

Cons:

I forgot some valuable things in the safety box but they did not call me to inform me for a week until I called them back to ask. It took them 2 days to investigate and find the items. They sent me the stuff eventually but as a 4 or 5 star hotels, we expect them to inform guests as soon as the guests have checked out.

Beautiful decor! Buffet was absolute top tier - and staff were lovely!
Pros:

This place was beautiful! The decor was tastefully done in an actual palace kind of way. The buffet was top tier, you had everything you wanted right there. The staff were awesome! Massive shoutout to Amy and V!

Cons:

Loved this one, stayed in our room most of the time to chill and was a great place to just hang.
