Amazing hotel and service!
Pros:

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel and it was as well and truly one of the best I have ever stayed in throughout both Europe and Asia. The rooms and shared spaces were gorgeous and clean. They had great quality, fresh food, and there was a nice atmosphere throughout our stay. Most of all the service was impeccable, particularly from Gigi and Tiffany, who were friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating. If I ever return to Hà Nội, I will definitely be returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace.

Cons:

Couldn’t fault anything.

A great 5 star hotel worth going out if your way for
Pros:

The luxurious room and very warm and hospitable staff (shout out Tiffany for her excellent hosting). The variety of breakfast options was expansive, with a special mention for the made-to-order egg chef who was superb. The rooftop pool was clean and relaxing. The shuttlebus to and from the old town was welcome (they also do a shuttle to the beach which didn't have time to utilise!)

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far outside of the old town, but they do compensate for this by providing a shuttlebus service, and it is walkable as long as you don't mind a 25-30 min walk.

Magnifique etablissement et personnels au petit soin
Pros:

La décoration de l'hôtel. La propreté. Les personnels. Les piscines. Le restaurant. Le petit dejeuner copieux et bon. L'emplacement au calme, pas loin du centre bruyant. Le magnifique spa.

Cons:

Les clients qui occupaient la piscine avec les bières à la main qui nous empêchaient de profiter la piscine en toute sa longueur.

Fabulous experience and good value for money
Pros:

Really comfortable rooms, excellent pool, lovely rooftop bar with views over the city serving delicious fruit juices. Great value for money. A little outside the old town but not a problem with the Grab app.

Cons:

Lunch was a bit disappointing on the one day we tried it

I loved the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for u, each and every one of them but in particular Gigi snd Ame. The shuttle bus was a great service and if u didnt want to go to the old town there were plenty of restaurants, shops, salons etc nearby.

Cons:

Nothing. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

HIGHLY recommend
Pros:

Best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. Made our Hoi An trip worth it.incredible breakfast. Attentive staff. Gorgeous fit out. The door men were diligent and helpful. House keepjng was great too. If I returned to Hoi An I wouldn't hesitate to book again. They really went above and beyond, adding little freebies for our enjoyment.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Can’t recommend this place enough. Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and amenities. Restaurant was top tier. We also had a lovely couples massage. The room was perfect.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter werden wir immer in Erinnerung behalten, danke an das gesamte Team! Das Frühstück ist immer hervorragend gewesen, sehr große Auswahl und alles von bester Qualität.
Das Zimmer hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Badewanne mitten im Raum (freistehend also) war für uns überflüssig, sie nimmt nur Platz weg. Man könnte eine Umfrage machen, um herauszufinden, wieviele Gäste die Badewanne wirklich brauchen.
