Best hotel in Hoi An. Look no further.
Pros:

The best hotel in Hoi An. Beautiful property, great daily breakfast, wonderful spa. Incredible staff.

Lily and Koi are the best!

Fantastic stay
Pros:

* The room was absolutely perfect and the bed was very comfortable
* The breakfast was fantastic with good vegetarian options and even a separate vegan menu
* The dinner options were also very tasty
* The staff were extremely attentive and friendly - thank you Ame and Kathy for making us feel so welcome!
* The spa was great with plenty of massage options
* The complementary shuttle into Old Town

Cons:

* While the pool areas are both lovely, the water felt just a bit too cold to enjoy
* The shuttle into Old Town was a bit infrequent, which meant we weren't able to use much

Great stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, our room was gorgeous. breakfast was excellent, staff especially Luna were great, so welcoming and they were so happy in their work, they couldn’t do enough for you. The location is very good, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, massage parlours and shops just outside hotel. Not far at all from the old town only short ride in taxi.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

This is such a welcoming property. The team are exceptional, they work so hard to make sure guests really enjoy themselves. Ame looked after us so well, checking with us every day that all our requirements were met. Staff made a point of learning your name which is a nice touch.
The bedroom was well appointed, lovely comfortable bed, great seating area and a large bath.
Roof top bar is a great place to sit and relax with a cocktail. Restaurant is lovely, food very tasty.
We can’t really comment on the spa but we did have a very good foot massage there.
We have stayed at this hotel twice and on both occasions been looked after by Ame. Thank you Ame and to all the staff for looking after us well.

Erholung pur, das Personal macht es zu etwas besondere
Pros:

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Am besten war das Personal: Ella hat uns unseren gesamten Aufenthalt persönlich betreut und stand uns jederzeit für Fragen auch per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Wir haben noch nie so viel Mühe von Hotelpersonal gespürt wie hier.
Außerdem hat sich auch das restliche Personal, besonders Kathy, Ame und Luna, immer bemüht, dass wir eine gute Zeit haben. Vielen Dank!

Lovely staff, gorgeous decor and great food.
Pros:

The staff are the backbone of this hotel - Amie, Kathy and Jay are lovely and helped make my stay wonderful. The decor is stylish and welcoming. The spa staff are also amazing.
The restaurant is really good too with lots of options. Breakfast is always a great start to the day of exploring.

Cons:

I love that the hotel is removed from the noise of old town, but it is a 10 minute grab to old town or the hotel shuttle. I did get my steps up.

Superbe hôtel à Hoi An
Pros:

Le lit rond était extrêmement confortable. La chambre était parfaite et conforme aux photos. Le spa était fabuleux, grâce au sourire et aux massages de Mimi, un grand merci à elle !!
Koï était très sympathique sur le chemin du retour à l'aéroport.
Le système de navette gratuite entre la vieille ville et la plage était super.
Le petit déjeuner, buffet incroyablement fourni et très bon.

Cons:

Difficile de trouver des défauts à cet établissement.

Perfect hotel to stay when visiting Hoi An, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful- especially Lily on reception! Breakfast was filled with variety, and the location was great, so close to everything.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans notre hôtel à Hoi An. Tout était propre, confortable et bien organisé. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes Ame et Jay pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité constante. Un merci tout particulier également à Trung, le réceptionniste de nuit (si je me souviens bien de son prénom), pour son attention et sa gentillesse. Merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable.

Absolument tout, le personnel, notamment Jessi, était très accueillant.
La chambre était magnifique, le petit dejeuner vraiment fabuleux

C'est un petit loin du vieux quartier
Compter 30mn a pied, 5 a 10mn (selon la circulation) en Grab mais il y a un service de navette gratuite a des heures précises

Great hotel
Pros:

Great stay with amazing service! There was a small issue with the shower that was fixed very quickly and a great follow up from the staff.
Jay was great from A to Z!
Good breakfast with lots of choices.
Rooftop pool is a nice space to relax

Le plus bel hôtel de notre tour du monde
Pros:

Cela fait 6 mois que nous voyageons autour du monde et c’est incontestablement le plus bel hôtel dans lequel nous ayons séjourné.
Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable.

Le personnel est absolument merveilleux : Ella, Koy, Ame et beaucoup d’autres dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu les prénoms. Tout le monde est professionnel, souriant, attentionné et extrêmement dévoué à rendre votre séjour parfait.

La chambre est spacieuse, le lit ultra confortable, avec chaque jour de petites attentions très appréciables (gâteaux, bouteilles d’eau). Le ménage est irréprochable.

Les deux piscines sont propres et permettent toujours de trouver un espace calme pour se détendre.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est incroyable, aussi bien en sucré qu’en salé, avec des produits de grande qualité. Mention spéciale pour les personnes intolérantes au lactose : du lait d’avoine est disponible, ce qui est rare et très appréciable.

L’emplacement est idéal, tout se fait à pied : laundry, spa, excellents restaurants.

Le spa de l’hôtel est propre, les masseuses sont très professionnelles : détente garantie.

Bref, s’il était possible de mettre une note supérieure à 10, je l’aurais fait sans hésiter.
