Un chouette séjour
Pros:

Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! Nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement par Tiffany, qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer avec beaucoup de gentillesse.
La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, agréable et très confortable. Nous y avons super bien dormi ! Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, de quoi bien commencer nos journées.
Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et veille avec beaucoup d’attention au bien-être de ses clients. On se sent vraiment accueillies et choyées tout au long du séjour.
Un magnifique établissement où tout est réuni pour passer un merveilleux moment entre amies. Nous repartons ravies de cette belle expérience et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Tolles Hotel in Hoi An
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Während meines Aufenthaltes, wurde ich perfekt von Ame betreut, sie war immer da und hat alles bestens gemanagt. Auch V vom Restaurant war sehr kommunikativ und hat alle Wünsche gleich erledigt. Der Topservice gilt aber für alle Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und auf der Matratze konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Obwohl das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war vom Verkehr nichts zu hören. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Massage habe ich ebenfalls genutzt und war sehr zufrieden. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, welches ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen werde. Dass es etwas außerhalb der Altstadt und zum Strand liegt ist kein Problem. Neben dem kostenlosen Shuttle ist man auch schnell mit einem Taxi dort. Die Kosten für das Taxi liegen umgerechnet bei 1,50 bis 2.00 Euro. Da mir das Hotel so gut gefallen hat, habe ich meinen Aufenthalt nochmals verlängert.

Above and beyond expectations!!
Pros:

Truly amazing stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An!! The quality and attention to detail was impeccable. Great variety at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The old town is a 30 minute walk or quick grab. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus there that runs at different times throughout the day. The facilities were top notch with a choice of two pools, a gym, spa and a lovely afternoon tea. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Gigi at reception was very helpful and welcoming. Ame was exceptional, she went to the effort of bringing a little birthday cake up to the room when they discovered it was my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Overall we really recommend a stay here if you’re in Hoi An. ☺️

Pros:

Tiff was the lady who welcomed us and she was brilliant. All the staff were exceptional. They were always there for advise on taxis/excursions etc

The facilities were exceptional. Room was big and spacious, they had Netflix to log into which was a bonus for when my misses was ill for a day.

The breakfast service was the best in Vietnam we had experienced so far, they had multiple dishes Asian and western and a juice making station.

If we return to Hoi An we will 100% be staying here.

Pros:

Everything! From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were made to feel every welcome. Staff were lovely. Rooms were great. Comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was out of this world. Pools were great for cooling and relaxing in.

More shuttles into old town would be good
