Worth the money
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Gigi and Jay, but honestly everyone — from the bellboys to the lifeguard — was super kind and welcoming.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality. The facilities were also very good overall. The only suggestion would be to renovate some of the sunbeds, umbrellas, and a few pieces of furniture in the room.

The transfer service worked well, although it would be even better if there were more available schedules throughout the day.

Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely come back.

Coming back again that’s how good it was.
Pros:

Had such a lovely 2-night stay at Grand Sunrise Hotel in Hoi An! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Looks exactly like the photos

The location was also really convenient — close enough to explore Hoi An easily while still being peaceful at night. Breakfast was amazing with so much to offer and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I ordered room service quite a few times, not too overpriced and tasted amazing, cocktails were nice and they have buy 2 get 1 free.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An and would happily stay again, which I will… ;) see you soon

Wonderful new 5* hotel in Hoi An
Pros:

Lovely location, huge beds and two state-of-the-art pools just 10 minutes away from tailor row and the old town of Hoi An. The staff under the close supervision of Ella & Ame was very sweet and helpful, assisted us where necessary and kept an eye out for us.

Beautiful Hotel, a little far from town to walk and on the main road to the beach

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet, very nice staff

The 2 pool areas were a little tired and did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. The main road was a little bit noisy

Das Frühstück war sensationell gut und die Gastfreundschaft absolut außergewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Bis in die berühmte Altstadt von Hoi An braucht man mit dem Grab etwa 10-15 Minuten. Direkt um die Ecke, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, findet man zudem verschiedene Läden, die den Aufenthalt abrunden. Ein riesiges Lob geht an Ame und Jay – die beiden haben unsere Zeit dort wirklich zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es im Zimmer leider kaum Aufhängemöglichkeiten gab, um nasse Kleidung oder Badesachen richtig trocknen zu lassen.

Pros:

Ame at front Office was outstanding and helpful. Rooms beautifully decorated, roof top pool perfect after a hot day walking in the old town. Cocktails were very good and service in the restaurant was of a high standard with all staff happy and friendly. Breakfast selection was very good.

Beautiful comfortable stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff, especially Ame. Restaurant and food were amazing, so many choices. Rooms were spacious with a large bath tub and the spa deals were very good. Laundromats and ATMs close by.

Les installations sont de très bonne qualité, tout est propre, bien entretenu et l’ambiance générale est vraiment agréable. Le service client est irréprochable : l’équipe est professionnelle, réactive et toujours disponible.

Mention spéciale à Amy pour son accueil et son attention, ainsi qu’aux agents de sécurité pour leur sérieux et leur gentillesse. Un grand merci également à l’équipe en charge des scooters, très efficace et pratique au quotidien.

Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !
Les chambres étaient prêtes très rapidement, très peu d’attente nul part.
