5* Stay with Wonderful Staff in Beautiful HoiAn
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and beds

Staff was wonderful and greeted our party every day by name. So helpful and friendly

Restaurant , spa and pool all great experiences

Cons:

A little far from Old Town to walk but Grabs are easy to get and there is a shuttle a few times a day provided by the hotel to the beach and Old Town

Confortable séjour près de Hoi An
Pros:

L'hôtel est assez neuf et en bon état. Nous avions réservé la suite présidentielle afin d'avoir de l'espace pour nous et notre bébé. La chambre était spacieuse, bien éclairée et confortable. Le lit d'appoint pour bébé était aussi très bien. Le service et l'accueil sont très attentionnés (merci Ella et l'équipe). Le petit déjeuner est parfait, très frais et avec beaucoup d'options, et le staff adorable. L'hôtel offre beaucoup de services, incluant prêt de vélos, transport vers l'aéroport, transport vers Hoi An et d'autres attractions proches.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart de la vieille ville de Hoi An, mais ce n'est pas un gros problème si vous pouvez marcher (sans une poussette), ou si vous prenez la navette gratuite de l'hôtel.

Perfect.
Pros:

The property is perfect. The room is very stylish and the pool area great. The best part is the staff. Everyone was kind and professional. I was happy to meet Ame, Kathy, V, and Gigi. They looked after me when I had an illness. The hotel is outstanding.

Cons:

It was perfect. Nothing was wrong.

Comfortable, large hotel.
Pros:

There are many things to like about this hotel: the extensive breakfast buffet, the size of the room, good hot water and shower, the pools and the welcoming staff who made sure gluten-free bread was available. We enjoyed the local market and walks off the main street.

Cons:

This is a large hotel and it pushes its 'specials' pretty hard - in the lift and in signage around the place, all in English. Room information is very well-thumbed and grubby, and some information on how to use the TV would be welcome. Bathroom has very little counter space.

Would probably choose a smaller, more 'Vietnamese' option next time, but that's a personal preference.

Tenían servicio de traslado a la playa y al centro de Hoi an.
El personal era super atento.
Vamos que les daría un 10 sobre 10.

Cons:

Lo que más estoy echando de menos en Vietnam es leche de soja.
Pondría más amplitud de horarios para ir a Hoi an y volver.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel moderne à taille humaine. Le personnel est adorable et très réactif. Merci Emmie, Gigi et V !
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres.

Cons:

Rien !
Éventuellement, une salle de fitness plus grande et mieux équipée + la piscine ouverte après 19h.
Mais ce sont des détails.

Pros:

L'hôtel est fabuleux ! Moderne dans un style vietnamien, très propre, avec des chambres spacieuses. Le personnel est adorable et souriant. Je remercie Emmie, Gigi et V d'avoir bien pris soin de nous !

À 10 minutes en Grab de vieux centre.

Cons:

Si je devais améliorer quelque chose, ce serait la salle de fitness. Plus grande et mieux équipée. Mais c'est un détail.

Allonger les horaires de la piscine du toit car 18h est tôt pour la fermer.

Superbe expérience, je recommande !
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins et service exceptionnel, cet hôtel à la fois à l’écart et proche du centre ville d’hoi An est le parfait compromis pour un séjour au calme.
Les navettes à disposition (heures précises d’aller et retour) est un vrai plus. L’attraction des « coconut boat »est à proximité en voiture (10-15 min)
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : complet avec de nombreux choix (sucrés/sales, chaud/froid), des produits ultra frais et également des spécialités vietnamiennes.
J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel tres professionnel et s’assure que vous passez un bon moment.
Je recommande.

Hotel jest przepiękny, urządzony z gustem i elegancki. Kuchnia przepyszna! Hotel ma świetna lokalizacje tak na prawdę wszedzie ostatecznie można dojść na pieszo ale jest darmowy bus który wozi na plażę i do miasta.Hotel i pokoje wygladaja lepiej niż na stronie. Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie. Uprzejmi, pomocni każdego gościa pamiętają i traktuja indywidualnie. Wysokim profesjonalizmem w każdej sytuacji wykazała się Ella, która pomogła nam zorganizować transfer oraz Tiffany, na którą również można było liczyć w każdej sytuacji. Dobrym duszkiem hotelu jest również Ame do której biegnijcie w sprawie organizacji atrakcji w Hoi An. Polecam Hotel i na pewno wrócę 🥰

Perfect place for a great price with fantastic staff

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were great value for money

Only slight problem was the doors out to the balcony let in a bit of noise which wasn’t a big problem but just a heads up

Tout simplement parfait
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel.
Tifany était disponible, souriante et très douce.
