The room had RAT FECES, dead and live insects crawling around, the carpet had not been vacuumed, live spiders in the bathroom sink. I could see hairs in the carpet and pubic hairs in the shower. They gave me a different room. This room also had pubic hairs in the shower and carpet. Live spiders in the sink again. I asked them to clean the room; they said there’s no cleaning staff late at night. I asked for cleaning supplies and had to clean the room myself. Instead of spray cleaner disinfectant he brought insecticide spray. The front desk man was lazy; he should have cleaned the room for me not have me clean the room. He spoke 0 English. They refused to refund me for the night. Why should have to pay for a filthy room that I had to clean myself. Terrible service and attitude. Location far from any restaurant or convenience store. AVOID THIS PLACE.

- Stuffy and old smell in the lobby and room, like it hasn't been used for a month
- Room looks "fancy" and the shower has 7 different options but does not drain the water properly, and no proper hot water flow, and no hand soap
- Toilet was not properly cleaned and the room did not look like it was prepared, but was just sitting there after renovation
- A lot of noise from the main road
- After we asked to move to a good room, we moved to another room, it had a lot of bugs, 2 cockroaches!! We had to kill them and keep worrying about it and we basically understood that this hotel is not good.
- Balcony doors do not close properly without force
Seems it was renovated or built recently just to put tourists inside and despite the fancy look and having LED lights in the closet and in the mirror, everything else is not working properly
Also, one night we came back and one of the staff was smoking in the lobby.
