Location was the best exactly in the middle of the quarter square but very quite at night.
Staff was nice and helped us to sort everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this stay.

Pleasurable, comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

Perfect location for Hanoi old quarter and accessing tours. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean, as always. Internet speed and tv channels on offer are also excellent. Big comfy bed is also a bonus

I unfortunately would not stay here again.
Pros:

The location is great and the room was very spacious for the price. The staff were nice!

Cons:

The beds were very worn and springy and quite uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling was unfortunately covered in what appeared to me to be mold splotches. The WiFi was inconsistent and would cut out pretty frequently for short periods.
