Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon zum See ausgerichtet sonder nur zur Hauswand (kein schöner Ausblick) andere zimmer haben bestimmt eine bessere Sicht

If you don't want to stay in the crazy busy Old Quarter, this is the place for you.
Pros:

We loved our apartment! It had all the amenities you could possibly need and more and it was large and beautiful! It was within walking distance of some great cafes and places to get something to eat. It is a cheap Grab ride down to the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter if that's your thing. There are exercise locations along the road that you can use during a morning walk.

The best place I’ve been to while traveling in Vietnam
Pros:

The staff is very welcoming and helpful, apartments are big and clean and have everything you need. Great value for the money.
Location is also very comfortable to get around the city.

the cleanest and the most comfortable stay in Vietnam. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and yet very close to the old quarter. The communication with the host was great. the reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very well designed. the bed is very comfortable. Every small detail is thoughtful.

Дуже сподобалось. Знімали два номери на 4 поверсі .Було все необхідне .

Cons:

Хотілось би менше штучних квітів, але це вже питання смаку.

Beautiful
Pros:

Loved the layout of the room and facilities. You can tell the owner really takes pride in their hotel. It was wonderful, I wished we had stayed for longer

Pros:

The view of the lake was gorgeous from our bedroom. The apartment is exactly like the photos. Nicely decorated, very clean and a nice layout. It's unusual that the space is larger than what we expected. Over all, it is very comfortable and the apartment is serviced with house cleaning if you need it. Added bonus, there is a washer and dryer so we were able to wash our clothes. The night guard security gentleman was very sweet too!
The location is quieter than the Old Quarter...for us it was perfect if you want to step away from the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of coffee shops and small eateries within walking distance. But it's not super touristy. We will definitely come back.

Cons:

A little tricky to find the entrance at first but that is a minor detail.

Pros:

I loved the lake view balcony and interior decoration. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The place was equipped with everything I needed. My only minor complaint is that the people above me were very loud at all hours of night. You can hear everything that’s going on outside of the apartment
