The accomodation itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

This property is beautiful and comfortable, and deserves credit for how well it is taken care of.

Cons:

The staff needs to learn hospitality and intuition. If you hear someone on the phone, not responding to the door, it is not because they can’t hear you, but most likely because they are having an important conversation, and it is not an opportunity to bang on the door louder and louder. You should leave, and come back in a bit.

Pros:

整間風格設計得很可愛，而且坪數很大，有餐桌廚房跟電視沙發區，一樓放置的魚缸很可愛。當天很晚辦理入住，幸好老闆有幫我們開門，並且因為下飛機馬上就來check in，來不及換錢老闆還願意隔天讓我們換錢完支付，真的太感謝了!可惜只住了一天，周圍有很多咖啡小店，看到很多人在街邊坐著喝杯咖啡，安靜愜意的氛圍且鄰近西湖，很滿意

Cons:

住到的房型雖然有陽台，但無法看見西湖的景色有點可惜，希望下次有機會再次入住可以在房間內就可以看到漂亮的湖景

Perfect location not far from the madness and chaos of the Old Quarter.

This place was great, everything you need, great location. Security guard guy was lovely. Definitely go back.

The fully furnished apartment was nice and clean. Location was quiet and safe. Bathroom was good though a bit small to move about.

Cons:

Not many food placesnear to apartment except a few local cafes, also didnt offer much food. Have to walk out further ot take grab to other places to eat or buy things.

Pros:

Lovely people that will help with anything they can! Room was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything you need, inclusief washing machine! More than enough space, we will be back!

The property is in a quieter part of Hanoi on west lake. Still close to all we needed. The property is self contained, which was good for making breakfast. Having a washing machine on the floor was very handy.
