The Moon Boutique Hotel Cat Ba

We had a lovely one night stay here after our Lan Ha Bay tour. Hotel is nicely updated, and the rooms have great air conditioning and really comfortable beds.

Staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful - even arranging a take-out breakfast for us when we had an early morning check-out the following morning.

Good hotel, run by the Cat Ba Ventures team. We came off a couple of nights on one of their boats, so anywhere would feel like an anti climax after that, but Moon Boutique looked after us very well. Lovely staff, great room.

Wonderful stay!
The staff, room, service, and breakfast were all exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I’d also like to specially mention the bed: I slept like I was on a cloud.

This was a wonderful hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they even let us know about the fireworks show on the beach during our stay! The rooms decor was fantastic- such a breath of fresh air. Breakfast was a la carte but there were plenty of options that were very good.

The hotel is also very close to the beach and the centre of town, so it was easy to get to attractions and the restaurants.

This hotel is very new and the luxurious deluxe twin we stayed in was very spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, with a wide selection. We really enjoyed the pancakes and fruit portions. The hotel is located right in the center of town, with many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. An ATM and currency exchange service are also just a short walk away. The rooftop cafe has fantastic views of the bay. We were also very impressed with the attentive service from the staff on the 3rd floor (breakfast) with their friendly smiles and hospitality.
We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday in Cat Ba.

La chambre tres confortable.

Very big rooms, clean and exceptional breakfast. One of the rooms we rented had a smell of humidity and there was condensation on the shit, but that did not bother us and there is AC to correct that.

The hotel is very clean and the room is super comfortable and modern. Despite being in the heart of the town center, it was quite quiet where we were on a higher floor. They even have a waiting room if you arrive early or check out early so that you have a place to store yourself or your things while waiting for a bus. The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with any detail. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel also partners with a tour company, so they helped us to arrange some tours in town - these were some of our best tour guides of the trip. Truly a great hotel.

Really good service, everything perfectly clean and nice rooms. Perfect for a family with children.
