Over the Moon with this one! Excellent
Pros:

À la carte breakfast was delicious - the staff will always ask if you want more. Location perfect - very central to everything and the have a tour desk Cat Ba Ventures on site.

Truly exceptional!
Pros:

We couldn't imagine a better base for visiting Cat Ba. The hotel is located in the center of Cat Ba town with many nearby restaurants and cafes. We received a welcome gift of delicious smoothies and fruit at check-in, and our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable (with kettle/fridge provided and excellent air conditioning, the soundproofing was great and we weren't bothered by any construction noise). The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, booking private transfers from Ninh Binh and to Hanoi - they even found us a discounted voucher for the onsen at the Flamingo Resort when we asked their help to make a booking! Breakfast is a la carte and has a great variety of Western and Vietnamese dishes (the smoothies are outstanding).

Pros:

The breakfast was personally served and was fresh and varied.
The location was excellent, right next to the beach.
The hotel helped arrange a convenient shuttle from the previous hotel which was really helpful and a plankton cruise which was an unforgettable experience.

Cons:

Most of the attractions and the other services the hotel sold were more expensive than other hotels in the area, which is a bit disappointing considering we were the hotel guests.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

It was modern, bright, clean. Location was good. Staff were really helpful. Roof terrace was nice.
It was helpful that it was part of the company that did our activities.
They organised our driver from Hanoi to Cat Ba and back.
The driver who took us back to the ferry - got us on the ferry despite the drawbridge going up! Thank you everyone including Windy who took us out on our two trips.

Cons:

There was no bar on the beautiful roof terrace.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, sind sehr groß und geräumig. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich.

Cons:

Leider wird momentan in der ganzen Stadt großflächig gebaut. Was eine enorme Lärmbelästigung ist. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja leider nichts. Das sind andere Entscheidungen.

Pros:

Dans une rue animée en plein centre de Cat Ba city, avec restaurants et boutiques, au calme car bonne insonorisation. Très grande Chambre lumineuse , salle de bains fonctionnelle, très bon débit d’eau très chaude, armoire . Literie de très bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner appétissant, préparé sur commande. Accueil professionnel et souriant. La note de 10 est vraiment méritée

Il manque juste un repose valise dans la chambre !
