La chambre tres confortable.

Very big rooms, clean and exceptional breakfast. One of the rooms we rented had a smell of humidity and there was condensation on the shit, but that did not bother us and there is AC to correct that.

The hotel is very clean and the room is super comfortable and modern. Despite being in the heart of the town center, it was quite quiet where we were on a higher floor. They even have a waiting room if you arrive early or check out early so that you have a place to store yourself or your things while waiting for a bus. The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with any detail. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel also partners with a tour company, so they helped us to arrange some tours in town - these were some of our best tour guides of the trip. Truly a great hotel.

Sehr nettes Personal, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei der Planung von Aktivitäten. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück aus der Karte mit lecker Kaffee und Smoothies.

Après quelques autres hôtels au Vietnam, nous sommes arrivés sur l'île de Cat Ba dans ce petit hôtel "boutique" qui a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons tout apprécié : le service était parfait notamment le lien avec la société pour l'organisation des sorties, le petit déjeuner était très bon et la literie était extrêmement confortable.
L'emplacement est également idéal. Rien à redire, le rapport qualité/prix vaut le coup.

Die Unterkunft könnte kaum zentraler liegen, um Cat Ba zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und dementsprechend in gutem Zustand. Sauberkeit ist definitiv gegeben und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame und der Herr beim Frühstücksbuffet waren unglaublich liebenswert und kundenorientiert. Zentrale Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert, ganz ohne Feuchtigkeit oder arktische Nächte. Auch die Dachterrasse nebst Ausblick über die entstehende Stadt-Erweiterung Cat Bas bis hin zum Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das dazugehörige Reise-/Ausflugsbüro ist definitiv empfehlenswert. In Summe ein gutes und preiswertes Hotel, um die umliegende Natur inkl. Ha Long Bay erleben zu können, was auch der Grund für unseren Aufenthalt war.

À la carte breakfast was delicious - the staff will always ask if you want more. Location perfect - very central to everything and the have a tour desk Cat Ba Ventures on site.

We couldn't imagine a better base for visiting Cat Ba. The hotel is located in the center of Cat Ba town with many nearby restaurants and cafes. We received a welcome gift of delicious smoothies and fruit at check-in, and our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable (with kettle/fridge provided and excellent air conditioning, the soundproofing was great and we weren't bothered by any construction noise). The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, booking private transfers from Ninh Binh and to Hanoi - they even found us a discounted voucher for the onsen at the Flamingo Resort when we asked their help to make a booking! Breakfast is a la carte and has a great variety of Western and Vietnamese dishes (the smoothies are outstanding).
