Hot water problem in the mornings. Either the hot water comes late and I think the last day it dşdnt come at all due to some malfunction.

Pros:

The staff was great, always helpful. They upgraded our room since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The location is also amazing. The room is spacious and clean. The building is old but if you are staying in the old quarter you should expect an older building. We enjoyed our stay here.

A nice walk to lake and the restaurants, markets etc.
We were also upgraded , breakfast and staff are very good and helpful too.

Very close to everything. If you want to visit the weekend night market, the lake and puppet show its definitely the place to stay. Vivian was also great organising in room massage and tours to Ha Long Bay

Perfect hotel to be in the Hanoi Old Quarter
Pros:

Location is in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Staff are awesome. Breakfast is very good. Wifi, luggage service and room service are very good. Highly recommended
