Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, es como las fotos,,pero la atención del personal fué increíble, tuvimos un contratiempo con el avión y al dia siguiente teníamos que coger el bus a la bahia y nos llevaron en sus motos, un detalle que nos enamoró. El desayuno también increíble. Todo perfecto 👌

Pros:

L’emplacement était très bien et le personnel très gentil et toujours prêt à aider

Cons:

L’ensemble de l’hôtel est un peu défraîchi et devrait être modernisé.
Des taches d’humidité étaient présentes sur le plafond de la chambre…
Il n’y avait pas de joint à la porte de douche donc de l’eau coulait partout, ce qui rendait toute la salle de bain et le tapis mouillé.

Pros:

L'emplacement proche du centre ville d'Hanoi, accueil et personnel très agréable. Ils essayent de vous arranger suivant leur possibilités. Chambre propre et climatisée. Et garde de bagage possibles pendant une sortie programmée.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ! Vraiment grande possibilité d'amélioration : ne pas laisser le thé infusé dans une carafe : proposer de l'eau chaude avec différents thé en sachet, amélioration des places assises , possibilité d'améliorer la qualité de produits ( saussice...).

La habotación era correcta. Camas amplias y cómodas.
El desayuno correcto.
El personal muy dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.

Cons:

El baño, la ducha no estaba muy bien. Mal mantenimiento.
La limpieza de los cristales y espejos de la zona del comedor.

الفندق جيد والحمام به شطاف والفطور لديهم به بيض أومليت وفواكه هي الب تناسبنا تقريباً.

الموقع في المدينة القديمة حوله أهم الأماكن

تحتاج الغرف إلى بعضاً من التجديد حيث يوجد بعض الكسور في أرضية الغرفة (باركيه)
