The service was excellent. They were very kind, helpful in getting us transportation and accommodating in all our requests. Such as getting us scooters and doing our laundry - all at reasonable prices. Breakfasts were delicious and made when it suited us.
The location was far enough away from the main drag so that it was quiet, but also close enough to the central area to walk back and forth with ease.
We loved our stay here! For us, it was probably one of the best stays we’ve had in Vietnam.
The owners are super friendly and prepare breakfast for us every day.
There’s also the option to rent a scooter.
The rooms are simple, cozy, and very clean.
We are just 10 minutes from the city center, where there’s a lot of activity. Here, however, it’s completely peaceful with no noise at all.

The property and staff/owners were lovely but this place is right at the end of a long road (1km) and was a bit daunting to walk in the dark on the first night but it didn’t feel unsafe.
Such a lovely homestay in Tam Coc. The owners don’t speak much English, but they are always there to help you and it’s easy to talk via Google translate. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a really nice bathroom. The property has some really cute small dogs too. The breakfast they provide was so nice as well (especially the banana pancakes!). We could hire some good quality bicycles from here too and ride around the rice fields which was so relaxing, and it’s a short ride/walk into town for restaurants. It wasn’t very busy in the homestay even though there’s a lot of rooms, they definitely deserve more customers!

Rooms were nice.
Pool was unusable as dirty. Bike we hired broke down after we was told that it was fine even with an alert engine light on.
The property was clean and location was in walking distance (about 15 mins) to cafes/bars/restaurant, so far away enough to avoid noise. Staff were friendly and polite.
Absolutely nothing.
The homestay is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the main strip of restaurants/shops/bars. This meant it was on a quieter road and during that walk you got a nice insight into how the locals live. There are a lot of animals around the area (dogs, cats, cows, chickens) which we personally enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious, in particular the banana pancakes and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our time here, it was a nice contrast to our time in Hanoi.
No dislikes, we think it's exceptional value for money.
Very cozy stay with a complete and tasty breakfast
We loved our stay at Mai Mountain, its away from the main strip so nice and peaceful but still only a 10/15 min walk. The rooms are clean and modern and the beds are big and so comfortable, we slept like babies every night :) the weather was cold but there was a full heating unit in our room. The host and staff are lovely and helpful, plus there are two very cute dogs. Would stay again!

Very lovely and clean accommodation. Everything was very nice and clean and the hosts extremely kind and helpful. The organized a lot of things for us such as a motorcycle, or transfer and laundry service. We had a great stay and can really recommend this place.
