Horrible
Pros:

Nothing to like here, the staff steals money from guests.

Cons:

Please do not stay here---the staff are actively stealing money from guests and they are all in it together. Just look at the hotel's google reviews. I stayed in the dorms and they come in every day at 8am to replace the towels (they put it at the end of the bed). Since we are all asleep, this is when they steal and unfortunately for me and my room mate, we placed our bags on the floor beside the bed so it was easy access for them. I got 2000,000 VND stolen and my roommate had 1000,000 VND stolen, approximately half of what each of us had in our wallet. Even if you try reporting it to the front desk, they only have CCTVs in the corridors and not in the rooms so there is zero evidence to show to the police. I have tried asking the front desk for the phone number of the owner, and she actively refused, stating that he lives in another country and contacting him will be of no use.

Pros:

Love it here. Beautiful hotel. Very nice staff, modern, very clean. Clean Towels given everyday. Nice bar, pool and co working space.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The room was clean with air-conditioning and a hot shower. Kettle and coffee and a fridge, the balcony was excellent with a view of the street quite quiet and excellent location for the beach and restaurants would definitely stay there again

I do not suggest for solo traveler as an hostel
Pros:

The location is good, they serve teeth brush in the common restroom facility

Cons:

There is no curtains in the bunk bed. The pool area was not clean. After I checked out I asked to use COMMON bathroom but they do net let me use the bathroom. It was not private bathroom!

Das schlimmste Deluxe Zimmer was ich je hatte.
Pros:

Nichts.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Touristischen Viertel. Etwa 10 Minuten zum Strand.
Es waren mehrere Sachen die mich gestört haben.
Die Schallisolierung war sehr schlecht.
Neben mir war jemand, der am ersten Tag sich nur am übergeben war. Abends machte er Party auf seinem Balkon bis früh morgens. Schlafen also nicht möglich.
Das Bett war so hart das man da jeden Tag ne Massage braucht. Vom Club ein paar Meter entfernt ganz zu schweigen.
Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße raus und bot daher schon die normale Geräuschkulisse.
Das Appartement besaß weder Safety Box noch einen Tisch im Innenraum zum sitzen.
Die einzige Sitzgelegenheit war auf dem Balkon bei stickiger Luft voll Abgase am Nachmittag, und am Morgen. Reinigung der Räumlichkeiten waren auch verbesserungswürdig. Der Kleiderschrank hatte 🤫 n lange kein Öl bei den Scharnieren bekommen. Die Türen waren dort Schwergängig und quietschten. Das obere Fach hatte schon länger kein Staubtuch gesehen.
Eine Rückerstattung des Mietpreises ist zum Zeitpunkt der Rezession nicht erfolgt.
Sie wollten angeblich versuchen das Appartment weiter zu vermieten und mir entsprechend die Restsumme zu erstatten. Bei dem Zustand der Unterkunft aber unmöglich. Es wurde auch nur eine Whatsapp Nummer einer Mitarbeiterin ausgegeben. Nicht wirklich vertrauenswürdig.
Preiß wurde auch mit 5% Aufschlag in Vorkasse genommen, obwohl anders ausgehandelt über Booking.com .
