What a great improvement for this lodging. If we stayed again, we would try to book one of the cabins in the back.
Pros:

Being a native Anacondan, I remember when this hotel became very outdated. It is so nice to see it refurbished and well taken care of.

Cons:

We sure wish we could’ve opened a window in the sleeping area, with the cool nights in Montana, it seemed a shame that we couldn’t let the breeze in. There was a window to open in the bathroom.

I cannot recommend The Copperhead Lodge in Anaconda to anyone.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

There was no direct contact with staff. All communication was by text until one lady called me on the phone around midnight because I had texted her about not finding their sauna and gym location. In her rant she told me I couldn’t stay the second night. I was so upset I couldn’t sleep well. I texted a request to have the second night payment returned. I have not heard anything back. I found another motel in the area for the second night. The staff at the second hotel was very kind, and that was a great relief after the nightmare of a stay at the Copperhead Lodge.

I needed more space in the bathroom to put toiletries,makeup, hair products. no place to hang clothes, no hangers. could'nt figure out how to get a volume control for the TV, therefore couldnt watch TV.

We would probably stay again .
Pros:

The property was a good property. Location was okay hard to get to with the one way streets.

Black mold in the tub and stain on the shower curtain .

Would have preferred a human on the property

Self check in with no staff on property is not our bliss. Room was small and when we attempted to call and see if they had a fridge and microwave we couldn’t get a human to talk to

Cute, clean, and comfortable accommodations
Pros:

Rooms were very clean, decorated really cute, beds comfortable, and staff responded immediately. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

I was not a big fan of the soap and shampoo provided. Shampoo didn't lather.

Like the accommodations. I will stay again the next time I am up in Montana. Might even bring my wife next time. Hidden away gem

Very nearly perfect and painless. Beautiful after all the renovating, a marked improvement!
Pros:

My only complaint was the wifi, Everything else was fantastic, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. Comfy beds, great AC, quiet stay, very peaceful! Extra blanket was easy to find, shower was superb, great atmosphere. Plenty of literature explaining rules/instructions, check in and check out was painless. Walking distance to gas station, fast food, and the grocery store! Great!

Cons:

Only the wifi! Seemed it was down the evening of my stay, my phone nor my partners phone could connect, the night or morning after. Not the biggest deal, wifi can certainly be fickle.

Pros:

The sauna and weight room were fabulous! It took awhile for the sauna to heat up, and no water in the sauna to create steam. Nice after being chilly.

Cons:

No breakfast. There were some packets of peaches and cream oatmeal or banana and cream oatmeal, being vegan because of the cream they were not something we would eat. We do not expect our diet to be catered to. But plain oatmeal would have been great. Nothing available in the refrigerator. A sign says it was not stocked daily.
Interesting no contact check-in, worked well.
