Pros:

The hotel is great. Huge hotel. The room the a/c not working. It only went down to 23 degrees Celsicus . Went twice to ask for assistance and did not resolve the problem. The room was extremely warm on my 5 days stay

A new hotel but did not functioning well.
Pros:

Lake view from the room. New building.

Cons:

The reception area in the lobby.was too small for such a big hotel. The design of the bathroom was not suitable for a non-couple to use. The refrigerator in the room was just for displaying and did not function at all. Although the house keeping staff came to check, she can not do anything besides apologies. The temperature in the room was so warm which made me very uncomfortable. The controlling device for the airconditioning in the room was also not functioning at all. I believe that the main airconditioning of the hole hotel did not switch on. That's why the room temperature and the dining room temperature in the 45th floor were both very warm. The house keeping staff broght a fan to my room which helped a little to cool down the temperature in the room. The electricity power plug in one side of the bed was also not working.

Air conditioning switched off , winter season, inside room 33 C, I was at executive floor , nothing inside the frigor , no water , no room service , service very poor , staff can not talk English
