Excellent room facilities. There was free afternoon tea and late night snacks.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved - everything except for the made-to-order foods were cold (not even warm).

Pros:

Great location, metro round the corner and walking distance to Jing A malls and attractions. Very friendly staff, and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was amazing, good variety of Chinese and international food. I had a room with AI mattress that works really well to relax with a good massage at the end of the day.

Pros:

冬天住這個酒店也不用擔心，有窗戶的房間可以打開來調節氣溫，樓下就是捷運站，可以一班車到豫園還有陸家嘴，下次還會再來住！
飯店的員工非常熱心，指導我們第一次使用外送的方法，感心！

Excellent
Pros:

Everything about UrCove Jing' An was exceptional: the staff was warm and excellent; the room furniture was new; the room layout was so well designed that even though the room was only 21 sqm, we did not feel like we miss anything. From the hotel's location, subway is easily accessible and there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping malls.

Without a doubt, if we ever have the chance to return to Shanghai, UrCove Jing'An would be top of our list for accommodation !

ハイアットの冠なのに
Pros:

上海地下鉄7号線昌平路駅の1番出口の目の前に立地しているので、電車での移動であれば大変便利。街の中心から少し離れているので静かで、部屋は良く考えられた造りで快適に過ごせます。

Cons:

TVのチャンネルは中国の放送以外ありません。2階のレストランはクレジットカードが使用出来ない&ホテルと別経営のためにサインで食事も出来ません。アメニティの種類は少なく、朝食の種類もそれほど多くありません。
