Great area with good walking to shops.
The staff was very helpful, they helped me calling a taxi. The hotel was very comfortable and clean.
Spacious clean and modern
No option for 24 hour room service . We landed at 2.30 am and needed some food but there wasn’t any option for room service .
The internet is seriously slow. If you use international mobile phone, their wifi cannot surf internet websites or app such as WhatsApp or Facebook. Hotel is too Chinese and catered to local guest. Not friendly for international guest despite being an international brand hotel. I dislike the open toilet concept. Even even the sliding door can separate the toilet and room, I dislike the design. The exhaust in the toilet is very loud. The open concept means the exhaust sound can be heard from the bed. The lift lobby is small. Although it is rated as a 4-star hotel. As an international travel who spends more of his time living in hotels, this hotel is only worth a 2.5-star or at most a 3-star hotel grade only. Shopping mall is opposite the hotel but you need to cross a major road by taking the overhead bridge in order to reach the mall. Estimated is around 400m walk

location is excellent. very clean as of 2023 June, brand new.
no one speaks English. I was charged 50$ for accidentally damaging a small can at the room, seemed a little too much.
