The stay was uneventful and met my needs for my stay.
Pros:

The room was clean. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The external looked old and run down. I had some concerns over the locking keypad entry. I worried that it was flimsy and could be forced.

I liked the keyless door entry, easy, didn’t have to worry about my cell deactivating a key card!

Cons:

It was a little run down, there was a beer can with a cig in it that sat at the entrance for like 3 days.

It was mediocre. The microwave was filthy, the walls were thin but the beds were ok.

Not much. It was okay for what we paid.

Cons:

Cleanliness of facilities, system malfunction. It has also been approximately 32 hours since our stay and the 100 dollar hold has not been deposited back into my account yet. I have never stayed at a property with more than a 25 dollar security hold before and it's usually back within hours of checkout. The breakfast wasn't good. I didn't touch anything after I saw how unclean the microwave and facilities within the kitchen were.

Je n'ai pas pu séjourner à l'établissement car malgré le renseignement de mes coordonnées bancaires sur booking l'établissement a insisté pour que je les communique par téléphone sans quoi ils ne pouvaient pas me réserver la chambre. Ceci s'est passé le jour même et j'ai donc du trouver un autre hébergement en urgence. Le personnel, tout au moins la dame qui s'est occupé du dossier, n'a été aucunement compréhensif ou arrangeant voire même extrêmement impolie.

We tried to check in at 4:30 pm, but our rooms were not ready and had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready.

Great place to sleep and recharge during your time in Madison.
Pros:

For the price, I felt it was a quiet, clean and comfortable stay that met my expectations.

Pleasant, clean, comfortable and inexpensive.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. We saw almost nobody (no staff -- literally never saw the front desk open during the stay, got door codes and checking info via text) -- and almost no other guests). No amenities to speak of but a fine place to sleep.

Cons:

Had we needed anything, was not clear that we could get it (see absence of staff or a way to contact.) Our local family were shocked to hear we were staying here -- I guess it has a bad local reputation dating back decades -- but we saw no sign of anything wrong.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Didn't go to the breakfast but my wife did and said it was pretty ghetto. Room and hotel overall were clean, bed was nice.

Cons:

No dresser or end tables. No place to hang your coat. They could staff the front desk better or at least have someone on call when there's no one there.

Only stay here if it's literally your only option, its gross.
Pros:

There were 4 walls, a bed, a bathroom, and a roof that didn't leak

Cons:

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, the toilet was very dirty and had traces of fecal matter all over the toilet bowel. and there was hair on the bed sheets. Absolutely disgusting.
