Pros:

Excellent location. Really helpful and kind staff. We stayed in a suite, and it was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing we struggled with was the shower. The small, quite low water pressure, and it took a long time for the water to get hot. But this was a really small inconvenience because everything else was so great.

Great location, right behind Nick's, owners were very nice, super clean.

Cons:

king deluxe suite was actually 2 twin mattresses in a hidden bed that came down. Also, no smart TV. But would stay again and bring a Roku

My mother in law use to stay here all the time and I wanted to surprise my husband with his late moms favorite motel

The staff and owner are very inconsiderate it was Father’s Day weekend and I had brought the kids although they were not staying the night they didn’t allow me access to the room it’s an open public beach I was not going to leave the kids at home for Father’s Day weekend my mom was going to
Meet us there an take them back home. Anyways they did not work with us and just told us simply they would now allow us access to the room.

Great motel
Pros:

The location is great along with the staff. The young lady is super nice and very helpful.

Cons:

The bed in the room was so hard! It was so bad we even purchased an inflatable bed because it was so bad. Only 2 pillows which are very well used. Almost useless. And the lighting in the room was terrible in the morning. You are on vacation and would like to sleep in but that wasn’t possible.

Memorial Day 2025
Pros:

The location is great, right across from the beach with bars, restaurants and music, you pay separate for parking, is not included on the bill, it’s like $26.00 per day which considering the area, is not a bad deal, the parking space was behind my room in the alley and I only had to walk a few steps to get to my room!! I had a great time ✨

Best Affordable Option on the Boardwalk
Pros:

I really needed an affordable option near the beach for a few business dinners- I couldn't have been happier. The location is unbeatable, the room is much larger than expected and has everything I needed (kitchen, storage, nice nook), it was clean and despite Nicks bar being outside the window, I didn't hear anything. Added plus, if you are at Nicks for a drink in the evening, the line to the bathroom tends to get long, so it was nice to be able to just run back to the room to freshen up. The beach is right there, Margarittaville Bandshell- just a clutch spot.

I'm already looking to come back next year for this yearly post conference trip. Also, the girl working the desk was very friendly.

Cons:

The office is only open 9am-6pm, it's not a massive deal. You can also pay for early or late checkin/out ($30/$40) as long as you sort it out prior. Also there are no ramps or elevators, so you will have to lug your luggage. None of these are major issues that affected my trip, but something to consider.

Cons:

I felt watched the whole stay. Like a security guard on us. Also the shower is so tiny and the water flow was horrible. barely was able to bath and we are a thin size couple.
