Did not complete my reservation at this hotel. As soon as I checked in and opened the door I was met with cigarette burns on the sheets, spiderwebs in the sink, and dead bug carcasses on the floor. The TV was still on so it’s fair to assume that the room had not been cleaned or even looked at before we checked in. Extremely disappointed in the state of the room and the predatory no refund after check in policy. Do not waste your time and energy. The receptionist was kind and I’m sure she did what she could, but there is just no way to excuse that kind of business practice. It was unsanitary, unsafe, and misleading.

Pros:

The air-conditioning was good and the hot water and water pressure were excellent.

Cons:

Other than the hot water and the water pressure, nothing. They don't provide towels, the curtains are translucent, therefore there's hardly any privacy. The television remote didn't work and the landline to call front desk didn't either. In conjunction, the overall community and surrounding areas are drug-infested with constant noise all day and night.

Very nasty room, the ceiling was leaking water bed linen was not clean, refrigerator was not clean I do not recommend this hotel to know one

DISGUSTING PLACE
Pros:

I didn’t even stay. This place was disgusting. I was so disappointed. After driving 5 hours and needing a place to rest then walking into this smelly, dirty and poorly put together place was so upsetting. They should be ashamed of themselves.
