Misérable.....
Pros:

Si j'avais pu mettre zéro, je l'aurais fait!
On a déjà dû presque défoncé la porte pour ouvrir!
Il restait des papiers au sol!
Une odeur d'égout s'échappait du lavabo!
Le matelas était toujours dans son emballage plastique!
Le frigo était était éteint lors de notre arrivé.
Et le matin lorsque nous avons voulu prendre une douche, et bin, elle ne fonctionnait pas, pas d'eau!
Pour pas la cité c'était la deux.
A éviter cette endroit, rien ne va et le prix est élever.

Pros:

Good value room, next to the restaurant and convenience store. Staff were very helpful, and checked up on an issue with hot water.

Cons:

Going to the convenience store for my cup of coffee was torture - from someone who needs their cup of coffee ASAP to become coherent. But the store coffee was good.

Tout : le lit, la propreté, la douche, les portes manteaux, la tringle a rideaux prête à tomber, la climatisation fixé au scotch et avec de la mousse.
Les meubles cassés, les lampes et prise de courant mal installés dans des emplacements trop grands. La literie rincés par les années
Le check in est dans une station essence qui propose un café pour petit déjeuner.
Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Checked in, looked at room, left motel to book somewhere else due to unsanitary conditions.
Pros:

It was disgusting. Bedsheets had stains, floors were dirty, and the bathrooms looked horrid. It was one of the dirtiest and most misleading places by the photos I have ever seen. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Stay far far away from Moapa Motel.

Exactly what other people have said - an expensive torture box
Pros:

Location is nicely situated but it is out in the open so if anyone wanted to mess with your car, there’s nothing stopping them. Other than the floor, it seemed clean enough.

Cons:

The water was at best lukewarm - colder than my body temp which sucks for a shower or to clean anything. The bed squeaked, the pillows were thin and ridiculous, the bathroom sink faucet was missing the insert so it just spit water everywhere, the fridge had been unplugged and had a ick smell to it. The hvac was indeed loud enough to wake the dead but it did drowned out the traffic noise so that was something but it didn’t stay on the whole time so it woke me when it cycled on and off. The people were probably not getting paid enough to be nicer and there’s no indication that you have to check in at the gas station - I learned of this from another review. Honestly, had I just taken the other reviews seriously, I could have avoided this.

Good for one night stay.
Pros:

We liked that we were close to The Valley of Fire state park. We drove about 10 minutes to find dinner, easy on and off the highway from the hotel.

Cons:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was good for a short stay, but there was highway noise all night.

The check in process at the Arco market was quick and easy. Access to the room was easy and close. It was noisy with all the highway traffic going by, but probably not much you can do about it. It was fine for our purposes. We stayed here on a stop over to Zion from Vegas after a late arriving flight

Pros:

I am not very critical of motels and knew what to expect, but the A/C was off when we checked in on a hot day, so it took a long time for the room to cool down. The refrigerator was also unplugged and it would have taken too long to get cold so it was unusable for us.

Would be nice if they pre-cooled the room and had the fridge plugged in.

Despite informing them we would arrive between 10 and 11, and getting this confirmed, we arrived at 10.28 as the woman was going home at 10.30. We were very lucky we weren't another 2 minutes as we would have had to sleep in the car! Then the room #3 had no water running for the shower or even hot water from the sink. Very depressing after a long flight, we couldn't complain as the host had gone home. The aircon was positioned next to the bed and was very noisy making it impossible to sleep with it on so had to put up with the heat.
