Cons:

Rooms were horrible. I reported the rooms were filthy . There was nasty brown stuff on walls and doors. Tub was nasty and peeling. My kids were very uncomfortable there.
They gave us another room, but it was only a little better. I wanted to cancel the second night and was told to call the third party(Booking.com).
Didn't get a refund, was unable to cancel, was not going to stay a second night in nasty rooms, so I loss money.

Quality below advertising, several attempts to get into the room unable to faulty key equipment and loose door handle. Never stayed, left.

Cons:

The service from desk worker was excellent, but the facility was poor quality, the customer reviews stated 4.8, complete lie!

Cons:

Amenities were sparse. The only chair in the room was an uncomfortable desk chair. Upkeep was lacking. Pretty far from Metro city center.

It was in a decent location

Cons:

The first room was a non smoking room but it 100% had been smoked in the smell was unbearable, and the room was dirty. They gave us a new room and it was better but still wasn't the cleanest, especially the ac unit.

Cons:

Sheets and comforter had cigarette burns in them. Mattress was super soft, not to my liking as I have back issues. Sign said pets stay free but I was charged for 2 days. Plus a fifty dollar deposit.

The floor was buckled. Police hung out in parking lot by some apparent need. No sense of urgency to help patrons. What a mess.
