Excellent
Pros:

Bed was incredible, softest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Location is great for wanting to check out downtown Savannah without paying $$$ and it was super quiet!

Everything was great.

Great hotel for the price and location to downtown Savannah
Pros:

Great location proximity to Historic River Street. Hotel was very clean with very pleasant staff.

Nice hotel, desk staff very nice, house keeping could use improvement.
Pros:

Close and convenient to downtown Savannah and 35 minutes away from Tybee island

Cons:

Housing keeping didn’t come in to clean our room, even when we asked one day. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, the vanity wasn’t connected to the wall

The area it was in , the bathroom was a bit dirty , and none of the tv’s connected to WiFi so you had to sit and watch cable

Filthy Room
Pros:

The front desk staff was just about the only thing good about this property

Cons:

Where do I start. When I first checked into my room I noticed that the shower had not been cleaned. It was filthy. Had hair everywhere, the previous guest’s soap bar was left behind, and dirty finger prints by the bar soap shelf. When I notified the front desk they assured me that the housekeepers would be there the next morning to clean the shower. The next day came and the shower still was not cleaned even after they came in and made the bed. That’s not even the worst part though. My room had FLEAS! At first I thought it was a mosquito in my room, but when I looked down at my ankles where I was itching there were about 10 fleas on me. I have over 25+ flea bites on my legs and ankles because of this. I went to the front desk and demanded they switch my room and they did. Also, there’s no streaming services that work on any of the TVs in that hotel. Horrible experience. I will not be staying here again. Pay the extra money and stay at a Marriott or Hilton.

It was a great stay and desk people were very pleasant.
Pros:

It was very clean inside and it was great to see how clean it was outside.

Cons:

It wasn’t the property but their breakfast wasn’t good at all for the price you paid. No complimentary coffee .

You will pay a lot more than the price you are quoted with terrible customer service.
Pros:

It was very nice and appeared new.

Cons:

This property is intent on scamming you wherever they can. They charge a fee to use the credit card machine ( fee based on a percentage of your bill) HOWEVER, they do not accept cash! They charge a $100 deposit upfront AND they deducted ANOTHER $100 from my card when I checked out. The number on their website is “disconnected.”

As I chose not to have my room cleaned every day, I asked the front desk for coffee pods and was told by “Lola” rudely that they were all out! That was a lie. She just did t want to be bothered from her personal,” whooping and hollering” with another co- worker.

I also know for a fact that they entered my room on several occasions as the AC as well as my sound machine were adjusted; regardless that I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door .
