Nothing. Dirty, looked like bed linens haven't been cleaned in months, paint chipping on walls broken tiles in bathroom black ring around inside the tub. Overall disgusting

Don't stay unless absolutely have to
Pros:

It had hot water an a bed also a TV and the A/C/ heat worked

Cons:

Needs to be renovated or tore down cause the sheets had stains the blankets was rolled up an thrown on beds holes in walls with tape over them it was lole a crack hotel I'm sorry but for 76 dollars I would sleep in my truck
