la ubicacion

Cons:

no había jabon, reclame y llamaron a la gerenta que alli estaba presente y nos sugirió que lo compraramos nosotros. La habitación olia mal, sabanas manchadas. Nos retiramos una hora después, no nos quedamos, al no haber jabon no podiamos ni siquiera higienizarnos.

Cons:

Sheets were dirty on one of the beds in our room! floors in bathroom dirty, carpets in bedroom and throughout the hotel were filthy! Elevator was broken. Pool was not usable- green, dirty water. Screens in our window were ripped so unable to open windows without bugs flying in. Our end of the hallway very smelly.

Nous ne sommes pas resté pour dormir le motel était sale la chambre sale et il y avait une odeur pestilentielle impossible de passer une nuit dans ces conditions et en plus ascenseur en panne motel à fuite !!

Tout l acceuil la saleté les odeurs noseabonde

Will never stay again. The carpets were filthy along with the bedding and towels and smelled like smoke.

I advised them i had a non smoking room, but nothing was done and my room smelled all like smoke making my allergies and asthma act up. The carpets were dirty. Some of the pillow cases had stains and the restroom towels. Had to go buy my own towels and pillow. I told front desk but nothing was done.

Pros:

Staff was friendly but always had to find them as they were never at desk. Elevator was broken. Thankfully we were on bottom floor per request. No ice buckets at all and when asked they didn't have any. Had to use bags to put ice in. Room was close to the side to outside and to stairs, heard it like a revolving door all night. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full fridge.
