Have to pay for safe in room key , aircon not cold enough , have to pay for iron and iron board and gave to pay for pool towels …. Meant to be 4star
Hotel Cala Bona is in a Harbor but good location, there are many shops nearby, but there are also beautiful and clean beaches nearby. The hotel has many different buildings separated, We were accommodated by a building facing the sea, above the bar every night there's always a performance but they finish it max 11 pm so you dont be disturbing. The room was ok with a balcony. The beds are 3 singles. A little bit uncomfortable, but it was ok. The cleaning was so-so, especially the bathroom. They always cleaned and tidied it up. Our room was not very clean. There was a spider web. There was also a fee to use the safe. I don't remember if you need to pay 15€ or 19€. About the pool, we only took a bath once because the pool was small, there were always a lot of people and it was a bit noisy. They have a spa but we didn't try it, so I can't say anything. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The package we took was half board, breakfast and dinner, but not all inclusive. It means that drinks are not included in the dinner. You need to pay for even a water, so you should understand that. there is a wide variety of foods to choose from. There are different menus every night. It's nice. and delicious. Many families return to this hotel for their family holidays.

Angenehmes gut geführtes Hotel. Ruhige Lage
Positiv herauszustellen ist in jedem Fall das Essen und das Servicepersonal. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als absoluter negativer Aspekt muss man leider die Nähe zum Hafen nennen. Obwohl die Aussicht von unserem Hotelzimmer wirklich sehr sehr schön war, ist es abends durch die laute Umgebung wirklich nicht auszuhalten. Leider war auch zu unserer Reisezeit kein alternatives Zimmer mehr verfügbar. Mit Kindern und wenn man nicht direkt eine Nachteule ist, bekommt man dort vor 1:00 Uhr nachts sicher keine Ruhe. Grundsätzlich ist Cala Bona sehr Engländer lastig. Dies muss einem Bewusstsein, wenn man dorthin reißt. Das ist nicht negativ gemeint. Nur gibt es dort sehr wenig deutsche Kinder, was für meine Kinder leider nicht sehr positiv zu bewerten war, durch die sprachliche Barriere.
Veldig hyggelig hotell. Super beliggenhet, fin utsikt over småbåthavna og hyggelig personalet. Meget god frokost.
Séjour, très chouette ! On regrette juste de ne pas avoir eu de porte entre la chambre et le salon.

Vi bodde på hotellet i 9 nätter och har både bra och dåligt att säga.
Bra: bra och mysigt läge i Cala Bona. Fin utsikt och det var bra mat på hotellet. Trevlig personal i matsalen, speciellt kockarna Ahmet och Kahalid som alltid hade ett leende på läpparna.
Bra pool med både grund del och djupare del. Handikappsanpassat och även bra för barn.
Dåligt: det är musik varje kväll på hotellet kl 21.30-23.30. Musiken hörs ut på torget och direkt in i rummen, och det är i övrigt väldigt lyhört också från korridorer och mellan rum. Obekväma sängar och rum som börjar bli slitna.
Vi klagade på städningen flera gånger då det var dammigt överallt och vi hade även massa myror och hittade bon/ägg med myror då städerskan inte lyfte på sophinkar där det var. Ingen ursäkt eller kompensation när vi påpekade brister i städningen. Lakan byttes först efter en vecka.
Därtill så är det tyvärr dåliga stränder i Cala Bona. Det tar ca 15-20 min att gå till Cala Millor men det är otroligt mycket folk där och alla solstolar var upptagna och inget mysigt där i juli månad.
Great food, modern pool and wellness
The hotel is split in 5 buildings with slightly different locations, so we had to walk outside to get to the restaurant or pool (only 2-3 min walk, but quite impractical with the towels and swimwear…)
The hotel was very clean, food was very tasty and the overall experience very positive. Thank you. We recommend this hotel for families, quiet and nice.
The hotel was excellent however the bed wasn’t very comfortable and was very hard and there were no pool towels in the room which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was excellent and we had a lovely time
Fabulous spot with great staff and excellent breakfast choices. The staff were really helpful and kind in accommodating us at the last minute when we had a family member admitted to the hospital and had to stay in Majorca longer than plannec.. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Didn't use the pool but looked lovely. Nice friendly vibe amongst guests.
