В целом все было хорошо
Номер комфортный, чистый, персонал отзывчивый, на англ разговаривает ресепшн (это важно), места в номере достаточно, Но не так чтобы проводить в нем много времени.

Хочу отметить, что персонал охотно и активно отвечал на наши вопросы до приезда и про форму оплаты, и сколько стоит такси. Спасибо за ответы.

英語が全く喋れなかったのですが、全てのスタッフさんが優しく、またサービスや気遣いも素晴らしかったです。接するスタッフさんみんなが助けてくださいました。
次また上海に行く機会があれば、ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

I loved the design, personally. Not for everyone's tastes, but I liked the cozy rooms with sleek design. The only thing that was a bit confusing were the lights but who doesn’t like a little puzzle here and there!? I would definitely stay again and half the cost of the Shangri-La around the corner where my conference was held.
