Hotel was well large, rooms were very comfortable, staff were friendly, location was close to the old town and near the river. Breakfast was quite good.
On checkout, there was a mix up with a separate party we travelled with. They checked out ahead of us, but were told their room had been paid for but actually hadn't. Normally the payment goes straight through booking.com but that wasn't the case at this hotel so make sure you have actually paid before leaving. The staff were calm in this situation but it was a slight hassle on my side to resolve this when the other party had already left the country.

Front office staff especially Lewis is very helpful and friendly. He bothers me to do a translation when I showed him something in English. Breakfast is great too. Overall service staff including chamber maids are polite and friendly.

The carpet inside the room needs deep cleaning as the stains are visible.
Toilet flush is not working very well.

the service was bad the amenities some are spoilt. the carpet some place is wet.

Room is clean and bright. Bad is comfortable. Location is good. Morning breakfast is satisfactory and can improve by providing a bit more variabilities.
Bath room does not provide hand soar. There is some cigarette's small in the room.
