Wonderful way to end 3-year stay in Suzhou
Pros:

Amazing view over Jinji Lake, especially beautiful at night!

Cons:

In spite of signs around saying ‘no smoking’ our room smelled quite strongly of smoke for the duration of our stay.

Pros:

Trendy, Modern, clean, comfortable rooms with great views. Good gym. Walking distance to the lake and a mall

Cons:

I didn’t like that I couldn’t open the windows n-especially since the room was 24°C as the AC was not functioning yet.

Amazing, would do again and again.
Pros:

Amazing room, welcoming experience and an excellent service. The view was spectacular especially at night when city lights are on, everything you need is a short walking distance.

Modern, luxurious hotel in Suzhou with great views
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are spacious with great views of the surrounding commercial district. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and fresh produce. Lovely swimming pool with a view. Gym is modern and very good for a hotel gym. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel with great views from high up.
Pros:

Modern hotel, great views. Good facilities, like extensive gym and breakfast.

Walking distance from several shopping malls a day just 10m away by foot is a whole area of restaurants.

Cons:

They’re trying a little too hard to be trendy and cool. I didn’t like the fake bird chirping in the breakfast area and the handwritten note on my window, which was marring my gorgeous view…

The check-in when you arrive is on the 25th floor. It would be nice if that was made clear on the ground floor (‘sky lobby’ could be anything. Consider the word ‘reception’ or ‘check-in’. )

Overall good experience, in part because of the friendly staff.
Pros:

I would give the M. Social hotel a perfect score but the air conditioning is not working properly.

Cons:

Everything except the temperature in my room which was too warm for my comfort.
