"Somerset" is a place I desperately want to be back to!
Pros:

Excellent place! Well above expectations! Very clean and quiet, rooms are spacious and very well organised. Shower just works as you want it - I travel a lot and 8 out of 10 hotels have issues with shower temperature and regulation. This one is just excellent. Very important - both beds are very comfortable (I now need to know the name of those mattrasses!) AC works for both heating and cooling. Breakfast is full of Chinese but if you want International they do have fried eggs, vegetables, yogurts, cereals etc (and make omelettes). Staff is very friendly! Elevators are quick (you don't have to wait for them). Another important bit: the building is very conveniently located and has a big mall inside (for shopping and dining) as well as a great supermarket on basement floor. Overall, Somerset Future Center Wuhan is a place I desperately want to be back to! Thank you!!!

Not valued for money. But it’s clean. Near a mall
Pros:

It’s clean and the cleaners are super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast is a forced to have option. You are unable to opt out. Have ordered a few parcels but constantly being pushed off to take it myself from the basement supermarket with no guidance.

Amazing
Pros:

Honestly everything was perfect, couldn’t even find something to complain about if I tried. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was very positive and happy. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Wuhan

Pros:

We arrived at the hotel very late, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating up to six people while still offering privacy. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Pros:

Очень удачное расположение рядом со станцией метро и торговым центром.
Просторный номер с кухней и шикарным видом на ночной город. В номере достаточно тихо. Чистота на достойном уровне.
К сожалению, не удалось оценить завтраки, так как был ранний вылет. Но "сухой паек" был сытным и разнообразным.
Вежливый и приветливый персонал, который старается помочь решить возникшие вопросы.

Awesome staycation spot
Pros:

The amazing staff. Grace and Zhi Kang is awesome and so helpful. Room is as advertised. Perfect for a staycation. Shopping mall below the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast spread is repetitive and not so good. Location is far from tourist spots.

This place is the perfect location to visit Wuhan and move around.
Pros:

This appartment hotel is a veery nice place. It is located within a large precinct with a huge mall where you a find everything you need (clothing, food;, games, gifts...). The staff is very nice and very helpful. Breakfast is very great. There is a choice of continental breakfast options but also some Chinese specialities.
