The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. Kind enough to take pictures for my friends and I when we came straight back to the hotel afterwards. Rooms are extremely clean. We had an amazing view from our room. My grandpa loved the hotel so much that we went back and stayed a couple of more nights .

Amazing new building I had a room on 28th level.
No tv channel in english
Room is huge& spacious! That I really really loved! Front desk was very nice & quick at check in & check out! Everything went very smoothly. Little safe is here to store your money & other valuables. The toilet & shower are separated from one another which was very ingenious of the designers to do that)! Gym and laundry facilities are also available for use. Everything is quite nice!
Location wise is quite far from the city Centre. At least the hotel is located just 100m from the metro station Dongfang guangchang so that’s good. Room was too hot from time to time, but you can contact the front desk to ask them cool down the room. Breakfast wasn’t as good as expected maybe because I arrived late so did not see all of the options that they offered. Shower water can flood part of your room(by the sink) so drainage is not as good.
