Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts

This small Bed & Breakfast is a bit far from Zhangjiajie proper but the location in the National Park definitely makes up for the that. The Staff are very helpful and they are willing to bring your luggage to your room. The breakfast is good Asian fare. The pool was nice on the humid August days after touring around at the local sites.

Absolute gorgeous view from the balcony. The front desk staff and kitchen staff are so friendly and helpful with guidance in zhangjiajie. My family had a wonderful trip thanks to them!

When we arrive to the hotel we were welcome with a hotel manager and his stuffs. He is really helpful in planning our day tour at the park and and prepare us for the journey. Staff will also /offer to drive /and pick up to any tickets station around the park. Room, are really large and comfortable with at view of the mountain. When we leave staff also offer as a ride to the train station and help us get to the right train. This service for us is beyond VIP!!! They (Manager) treated us like a families member. We wish we
could go back every year!!

Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, helfen gerne bei der Planung weiter und sind es nie müde, Fragen zu beantworten.
Sie haben für uns sogar einen Trip in die Nachbarstadt geplant und eines der Mitarbeiter ist mit uns dahin gefahren und hat die Stadt gezeigt :)
Und als wir Medikamente gebraucht haben, hat ein Mitarbeiter uns zum Arzt gefahren und hat sich mit um die Übersetzung gekümmert.
Also sehr empfehlenswert, man ist hier wirklich gut aufgehoben :)

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie national scenic park. It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 min drive to the park entrance, and the staff were so lovely. They provided a map of the park and explained all that there is to do in that area. They also picked me up from the train station promptly and to/from the main entrance to the park the following day. The breakfast was also amazing!

Our stay at this amazing family run hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure your have not only a great stay at the hotel but also that you make great memories whilst in Zhangjiajie.

I would return here in a heartbeat.

The owners were helpful in providing information on wherever we wish to visit such as the national park and Baofeng Lake. They also gave advice on how we should plan our itinerary. We felt taken care of, thank you!

The property is amazing. We got a free upgrade with view to the mountain, and a balcony with a spa. Ming, the manager, was super nice, spoke good english, helped us with entrance tickets, gave you maps and good directions and even drove us to the national park! The other employees were very nice too and used the phone dictionary to communicate . Breakfast was good too, and they also offered a la carte dinner, which is very convenient after walking all day.

Fantastisk udsigt med bjergene og personale. Service i top - er som at besøge familie i Kina. Hyggeligt, afslappet og glade hjælpsomme ansatte med ALT. Ligger smukt og stille. Her er lidt slidt og rengøring ikke helt i top, men seriøst så er man ikke meget på hotellet, når man er i Zhangjiajie - fik hotel anbefalet af lokale og det var klart den bedste placering for naturen.

My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance.

Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff were extremely helpful in recommending routes to take to make the best use of the four-day pass into the Park. He helped us book and buy tickets and arrange transport to and back from the other sites in Zhangjiajie. I was able to understand his English enough to find my way to the best views of the Park.

My wife and I highly recommend this property and mainly because of the service from Ken and his staff.

Staff was very nice and accomadating. Free ride to the National park and surrounding area. Very helpful in pointing out locations and quick service.

Staying at Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts was a very peaceful and beautiful place. The staff of the resort were very friendly and helpful in all matters. The beautiful scenery of Zhangjiajie National Park was visible from the window of my room, and the bathtub on the balcony of the room made everything perfect.

Good location. It’s close to the park entrance. Staff is really good. Many thanks to Tim. He was helping us all the trip. He booked tickets and transfer to the canyon with bridge. Also he took my girlfriend to the airport at 4am when we couldn't get a taxi. Huge thank you for this.
Staff also drove us to the entrance to the park and restaurant for free.
Also Tim allowed me to have late check out because I had a flight at 23:20. I left my room at 20:00. And this is also was for free
