UrCove by HYATT Shenzhen Futian CBD

The stay was great, once I finally found the hotel. I’ve already reached out to hotels.com to try and get the location updated. The actual hotel is about four blocks away from where it currently shows on hotels.com. It was incredibly difficult to find because so few people speak English. I was only able to find it because there was something that said an intersection of two streets and finally through much translation someone was able to point me in the right direction. Hopefully, hotels.com can get this updated. It was a great hotel and I’m happy I booked it – I would have just liked to have been able to find it easier.

Excellent location. Smaller hotel without all the group tours. Staff were excellent especially Darcy, front desk manager, who tried so hard to resolve my foreign card issue. If this wasn’t a problem. My stay would have been perfect.

整體可以，交通方便。但附近酒樓食肆太少。廁所冲涼房燈光不夠亮。

Staffs were friendly, rooms were modern and comfortable. The only unfortunate event was discovering the insect bites i been getting staying there for the week was caused by bed bugs bites.

Very convenient location in the CBD.

Location is excellent and convenient as it is very close to Futian mtr station Exit 32. Hotel is new and room looks modern, clean and spacious. Only that the design of the bathroom does not have any hanging hooks inside which I found it a bit inconvenient. We have question operating the coffee machine in the morning and the room assistant is efficient and help us out at once. Overall, we enjoy our stay at UrCove and will definitely choose to stay there again.

Away from exit 32 of MTR with a walk in 5 minutes. But do not have many choices of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Need to travel by MTR.
Anyway, very modern, hygiene and peaceful hotel.

是次入住張單是二人入住，原本寫咗包含一份早餐到最後酒店通知是次訂單並沒有包含任何早餐，Expedia website 或者需要update 一下。 員工態度有好大改善空間， 只是馬虎登記了證件，任何需要知道嘅酒店資訊都沒有提及過任何一句， 如wifi , 酒店設施。房間送件，電話打幾通有一兩次終於成功致電前台，送件非常慢，態度差。通風系統差，一直有煙味傳入，但我住的是杯煙房。雖說酒店是新落成，但係酒店嘅客運升降機仍然係冇保安系統，任何人都可以按鈕入去， 不像而家新進嘅酒店需要泊酒店房間才可上客房樓層。 房間內枱面同梳化均有污跡。酒店附近由於全是商業大廈，只見到少數餐廳或便利店，但有些並沒有開門營業，可能因為係商業區，所以星期六日週末並沒有開門營業。如果要食宵夜就要離開酒店範圍。 地理位置嚟講坐地鐵係好方便嘅，因為就喺地鐵站隔離，但係酒店最近嘅出口相對人流比較少會好靜，唔建議太夜返酒店。總括而言，完全未有感覺到，這是一間海悅集團旗下的酒店應有嘅服務。
