Modern room and nice staff！
There's a shuttle from the airport which made my midnight arrival very convenient. Everything was clean and fresh.

Huge VOCO sign so it cannot be missed. The staff met my vehicle and attended to my luggage. Able to acquire food and other amenities immediately outside the door. Staff always asking to assist even to locate special services off site. Front desk spoke English as it is my primary language.
Very nice hotel to stay at. Location was great as it is very near to airport for our next trip out. Staff had been helpful and hotel room is very comfortable and nice. Also had free laundry usage which we had used. But do note that you need to monitor your clothes as we had an unpleasant experience. We had used the washing machine which included the dryer and had left it to run while we went back to our room. About an hour and a half later, we got back to check and was horrified to find that a Chinese man had stopped the machine, taken our clothes out and used it for his own clothing. When confronted together with the helpful hire attendant at the linen room, he claimed he wasn’t the one who took it out but another Chinese lady who had used the other machine later told us that it was the same man who took our clothes out.
